Horrible. Almost NO meat on my nearly $9 sandwich. One thin slice each. I don’t know if they just try to get away with this for pickup orders, but this is ridiculous.

What an amazing experience. I have been to a few recently that the veggies were looking several days old and so I asked to see theirs. The sweet woman was more than happy to show off how clean and fresh everything was. She even asked if I'd like it cut in half thirds or quarters which never happens at other locations. Then she came by the table and asked how everything was! Definitely my new favorite location.

This is my neighborhood Goodcents; I come here all the time. It's very good and the owners are always friendly. I always get the ultimate club which is really good.

Awful. They charged us .50 cents for 'charitable donation' without consent. They put 1/4 of the the amount of meat on the sandwich that we just had a few days before at a location inside of a grocery store. They put a pea sized amount of condiments at each end but not through out the whole sandwich. There were ZERO customers during dinner rush on a weekend, ZERO pick up orders on the shelves. There is a reason they have NO CUSTOMERS> unethicial business practice. Report to BBB and FTC.
I want to say that this goodcents has the best sandwiches out off all the goodcents in town fresh bread twice a day and fresh vegetables cut every day sandwich is very tasty and the owners are very nice people.

I was disappointed with this location. I understand as an independent owner you want to maximize profits but it shouldn't be at the expense of customer service. I came into the shop wanting a 6 inch sandwich but the owner behind the counter said all he had was 8 inch bread. Therefore if I wanted the kind of bread I wanted, I would have to buy an 8 inch sub. A quick slice of the bread would have made it 6 inches but apparently that's not allowed at this location? Barring some unforeseen circumstances, I will never go to this location again.

Clearly they don't follow directions on call in orders... Either they don't have cucumbers and bell peppers and mayonnaise or they just didn't want to give it to me.

Always a bait a switch with their coupons. This is now the third time I’ve had issues with this location. Only location that constantly strays away from what procedures are for other stores. Constantly feel like they are trying to squeeze any extra dollars out of its customer any untruthful way possible. Not an ideal business practice.

Edit: I used to really love going to this location. Goodcents is still one of my favorite sandwich places to go to. However, I'm not sure if management has changed here or what. The past few times I have had it, the food just tasted off. I had it again today and my bread had mold on it. I will not be coming back to this location.
