Extremely convenient and fast delivery service..even if bad weather they always show up and on time. Excellent place..my only con is that they don't offer pastrami or corned beef and more salads, andwish they'd bring back the Kick'N Ranch Sauce..it was WAY better than that new replacement..since I consider it a Deli it should definitely look into adding to the menu ?

I am Celiac. We came in to grab a sandwich (unwich) and the kind workers asked specifically what my allergy was. That then cleaned the area, changed gloves, got new tools, and then checked in to see how it was. I apologized for the inconvenience and they said no one with a food allergy should have to apologize. Amazing. I will be back and recommend it to others!!

I’ve never had a worse Jimmy Johns experience than today. First we waited in the drive through line for about 25 minutes, they forgot my chips and condiments in the bag, then lid on my drink was also halfway off so soda spilled all over my center console and had no napkins in the bag to clean it up. What was supposed to be a “freaky fast” drive through experience for lunch turned out to be the exact opposite.

No we would not recommend. It is my son’s ninth birthday and you’re freaky fast delivery still isn’t here and it’s been over an hour. Literally sitting here with my son waiting and he only has 20 minutes for lunch break from school. We will NOT order Jimmy John’s again!

The lettuce was brown, which made the sandwich not taste fresh. I called the Manger and he just said he apologizes but that's how they get the lettuce. I've never had brown lettuce. ?
