Really bad experience bad taste of the food and dirty place to eat,my mashed potato bowl was almost empty and I paid almost $9.00 dollars for a spoon of mash potatoes an 4 pcs on nuggets, I will never return to any KFC ever .

We ordered the 16 piece meal to go. Food was okay, if you like thighs. We got 2 breasts, 1 wing, 3 legs, and 10 thighs. Sure, technically, it was 16 pieces but come on. I know that anyone can make a mistake, but no one accidentally gives you 10 thighs. For $50+, I expect to get what I paid for, not what they felt like giving me. To top it off, the dining area was filthy. I'm glad I was taking my order to go. There is no way I would have eaten off those tables. I definitely won't be going back to this location.

It's a KFC so you know what you're getting, but in this case this is one site that just does not have the popcorn chicken which is meant for the Famous Bowl or the Mac n Cheese bowl. This may seem like a minor complaint but they cut up a chicken tender to make up for no popcorn chicken but that completely ruins either bowl in my experience. It would be like getting boneless wings instead of bone in wings, it's fine, but a different flavor and not nearly as good

Food was not fresh, missing an item in bag, went back to store to get it and doors were locked, asked them if I could get my pot pie, they said they were out and they were out when I placed my online order, but they didn’t communicate this to me when I picked it up, on top of that food was not ready at scheduled time, had to wait an extra 10 mins, customer service was meh, wouldn’t recommend coming to this kfc. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager to let them know of the lack of communication
They never have chicken and hey are never nice. The should just close this

The girl that waited on us got our order wrong, then when the wife went up to get the order fixed she acted like she was being put out by fixing the order.Every table in the restaraunt was dirty, the entire time we were there no one came out to clean the tables, they were busy playing around in the back.The walls and booths were filthy, I'm not sure how they pass health inspections with old crud all over the walls in the lobby, where it looked like there was a food fight months before and no one cared to clean it up, I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is with the lobby being as nasty as it was.I wasn't brave enough to go into the bathroom as bad as the lobby was but I can only image you would want to take in some industrial strength lysol or something.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Dining room was filthy (no tables bussed or cleaned, food and trash on the floor). There were no other customers in the dining room or drive thru, so it's not because the staff were too busy to clean, they were just too lazy. Had to pay more money for less food (chicken leg was 3 inches long and the biscuits were the smallest I've ever seen). I won't be back, but I will contact the health dept because the mess was that bad

Employees will cheat customers out of cash AVOID. *Read reviews*-had drive thru extort $ from transaction by claiming we hadn’t paid. Basically a theft endorsed by KFC trash behavior by an obvious bad hire..mgt. isn’t managing anything here
