Drive thru order bigmac meal large with a McChicken . I had to pull forwards around the building because she said for fresh fries we cook them for you her exact words, almost 10 minutes later I received my order. Pulling away I opened bag and grabbed fries out and they weren't full and Luke warm. I wanted to go back and complain when you spend that amount and it wasn't worth it but I had to get back to work. The bigmac had so much sauce on it I couldn't keep the sandwich together. Terrible I also have been here for breakfast too. Cold hash browns all around a place I am not returning to the quality and freshness and skimping on the fries .. come on the fries,,,! I wouldn't complain but this is like the 4 time in 2 weeks of cold food. Early am and mid afternoon.

The food I wanted to order was not on the kiosk. So I attempted to order at the counter like any other restaurant in the world and was told "Go to the kiosk." I asked if what I was looking for was on there and he said yes. I asked him to locate it for because I couldn't find it and he ignored me. To be fair he was the only person there, but if you're doubling the cost of your food STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT.
Always getting our orders wrong or incomplete. Almost every time. Will not be returning. Terrible management. Hire people who can read and speak English.
