Ordered online at noon for a 2:15 pickup. Got there at 2:23 and they hadn't even started the order let alone looked at it yet another order was there for a 2:30 pick up. No offer of compensation for time wasted. Very poor service.

I realize it’s a busy game day for them but their staff does not have to yell and bark and demean customers. We couldn’t get their website ordering to work last night, and when I asked them about that, they barked at me that they “just decided to cut it off there too many customers were getting it wrong.” Well, I don’t know that, all I know is that I got an error message after spending 20 minutes trying to get an order set up. And then they are dropping marinara cups all over the floor and using them. It was a complete disorganized mess and they were screaming at everybody that walked in there. I don’t care how good the pizza is or how understaffed they are there’s no excuse to act like that towards customers.

Same complaint as others have made, and one I’ve had happen before. If you are going to close at 7 pm instead of 9 pm, update your hours so that people don’t waste their time trying to buy from your business. Last time I’ll bother.

I see that they responded so I’ll let them know. Your employee closed at 7 PM when closing was at 9 PM. Apparently, I got there when he turned the lock.You might as well adjust all of your hours closing at 7 PM if this is normal practice.

I have to stop a minute to write this review, the manager who was working the shop today is always so professional, so nice and so efficient. I never have to wait long for my pizza. They use such great fresh ingredients. The veggie pizza is one of my favorite. Today I ordered something different. Chicken pizza with creamy sauce, green onions, tomatoes and herbs. I added mushroom because I like them. Its ALWAYS smart to get the family size. People, this pizza is just as good leftover as it is when you first cook it at home. I am a total convert. I will NEVER get pizza at any chain ever again except for PAPA MURPHYS.Im so glad to say the new manager seems to be doing a superb job.Thank you! I will be back soon....as soon as left overs are eaten lolVegetarian options: Love veggie pizza so much

What happened to Papa Murphy's in the last month off 87th and Lackman in Lenexa KS? The staff totally turned over the, the service & organization went to hell and the Pizza quality dropped dramatically. New owners or Management? Hope they figure it out!
The employee working this evening seemed annoyed that I came in 20 minutes before closing for a pizza. He even made it a point to tell me that they closed at 7 and he had already put everything away. Slammed everything on the counter that he had to get out. It might be helpful that if this location is not serving customers up until closing, that the doors are locked so people cannot come in and be an inconvenience.

I have purchased take 'n bake pizza from this Papa Murphy's on several occasions and never been disappointed. Most recently, I purchased a pizza for friends, one of whom adheres to a gluten-free diet. Although they only offer gluten-free in their medium size, my friends were very pleased with their pizza. And I was delighted that it was available and prepared in a timely manner.

It's always a hit with the kids; however, I will probably never purchase from this location again.I waited for my pizza for about 20 minutes. Which isn't a big deal. But the kitchen was a mess. I was there at a really slow time. There was meat and cheese all over the counter. Two employees were making pizzas, and another wasn't doing anything. I don't know why he wasn't cleaning the counters. It was pretty gross. One of the guys making pizzas wasn't wearing a hair net and flipping his hair every 30 seconds. Pretty sure food code requires him to restrain his hair. He also scratched the side of his nose with his gloved hand and continued to make pizzas.These issues may not seem like a big deal, but if employees can't change gloves, wash their hands, and clean the counters... It make you wonder what they are doing when customers aren't watching.
