Savoy originated in Arkansas. There are only 4 shops - two in AR, one in Missouri, and lucky for us - one in Lenexa, Kansas! They have a large selection of superior tea leaves; plus they have seating areas in case you want them to brew you a tea on-site.

A good selection of teas. You can also get prepared tea by the cup or kettle. They employees have always been very nice and try to be helpful, but tea is an individual taste so there are limits. The prices are good for 3oz loose leaf, but you can only get a sample or 3oz.

I love Savoy Tea! The selection of teas is nice! From black, green, white, herbal, caffeine free, Yerba mate, and pu’er teas! I like that they have revolving tea samples inside the store. The price is good for the price of the tea. The employees seem very knowledgeable about tea and are very helpful in helping customers pick out the perfect product. I love going and will be a definite repeat customer.

Jennifer and I always try the tea shops when we travel, and Savoy Tea is better than most. This location is in a developing area and will soon be a very busy place. The teas we sampled were good, with unique flavors and a huge variety. The only word of caution is that we're from a few hours north and don't drink sweet tea. Some of their selections and very sweet and are not noted in the descriptions.

This is becoming my girlfriend's and my favorite spot!Everyone who works here is so kind, inviting, and really take their time to explain different teas and options to us. I've been on the receiving end of some fantastic customer service, and have seen so many other customers given the same level of excellent treatment. This is the first place I've ever WANTED to become a regular at. We will always come by for our Strawberries and Cream and Lavender Vanilla lattes!!! :)

Came in to shop retail with my children and family. Hands down some of the best hospitality! The barista checked in with us, answered questions, even engaged with the kiddos. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Will for sure be coming back!

July 2023:I'm bumping from two to three stars because Savoy has managed to hang on to the same employees for several months now. And they are quite knowledgeable. Hoping it stays course!December 2022:Savoy still has a wonderful selection of great tea. Should that be all you need, go for it.However, over the two years I have been going regularly (often multiple times a week), I have noticed that recently (the past year or so) the owners seem to have been churning through employees rather than giving raises to retain existing employees.Not only does this significantly negatively impact service quality when ordering from the barista bar (because by the time an employee is trained, they're leaving), but it is just not a good thing to do. The employees who were passionate about teas end up leaving because the owner is either unwilling or unable to meet market wages.It seems to me as though they maintain their Arkansas location with great care, but then the Lenexa Kansas and the Kansas City Missouri locations are after thoughts.Extremely disappointing. I will very likely only come in once in a while from now on to see if they can retain employees rather than as often as I have been.ORIGINAL REVIEW, late 2020:Got some lavender green tea and potato quiche and both were good. The employees were also very nice.Considering that the selection of teas is vast, if I discover that I got lucky with my selection today and that the other teas aren't as good, I will update my review to reflect that. However I'm confident enough to give a 5 star review since I enjoy the fact interesting businesses are filling out the district despite the circumstances.

i love love love this place!! seriously cannot rave about it enough, their “love you so matcha” latte is absolutely divine, and the employee i spoke with was so knowledgeable and helpful! every tea i bought to take home and try was delicious, this is definitely one of my new favorite spots!
