The wait for so few cars was unacceptable. We waited 20 minutes and no one answered the call button. Didn't even order. We left. They either need new employees or retraining of the current ones. It was rude to not even answer the call button to tell us it will be a "few" minutes.

I have never given an online bad review in my life. But I have never seen an establishment work harder to find excuses to not take your order than this one. I had a lady tell me it would be 1 minute because the system was rebooting. Then she came out to my car 4 minutes later and said it would be at least 15 before she took my order. She said there was a large order in there are only three of them. I literally wanted to get a shake and some cheese sticks. And they once again were unable to pull this off. I truly hope this location closes down. I've never said that about a business in my life, but they have no desire to serve customers, and they are a complete embarrassment to even Sonic.I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it's not. It's just a horrendously managed "restaurant."

Staff was so sweet and kind. Very quick and my food and drink were both amazing! For the people who I see have been complaining about the speed....they are literally understaffed like everywhere else. Please feel free to jump out of your car and help these kids out and maybe it will be fast enough.

Terrible location. Every single visit has been a let down. This is the third time we have tried to get something “real quick” just to watch the red light blink with no answer or a rude teenage employee explain that the wait is 20 minutes. Parking lot is gross, half the stalls are out of order and the service here is more than terrible. Over this place and will not be back. And hey Sonic, don’t ask me to escalate this because as others have said, you won’t do anything about it.
