ou need to educate new staff about refill policy because they seemed they did not know refill policy today except for one staff. She conveyed wrong refill policy to me today. I was almost not receiving refill coffee, but one staff who knows policy refilled the ice coffee today. If It happens again, I will drop 3star to 1 star.

Empty shop when Dad and I walked in and yet no one could greet us. We stood at the register waiting to be helped while the red headed drive-through guy with the winter hat literally looked at us about 5 times but refused to acknowledge us. There were 3 workers and the one young red-headed girl barista who I assume was supposed to be working register was out talking to someone in the seating area. We waited 5mins with 0 communication or assistance and walked out. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor - there are a lot of new local coffee shops popping up, like Black Dog across the street. Spend your money on their higher quality products and get the great service you’re paying for.

I don’t know what it is about this particular location, but they are the absolute best! Every single employee, they have is so kind, patient and professional. I live closer to another location, but I never mind driving the extra couple minutes to this one if I have to.

The saddest part of my weekend is when Black Dog coffee shop has no seating and I am forced to come to this dump for coffee. Always near empty, this time the server forgot my order of a simple coffee and the manager was arguing with someone in the store.What I want for Xmas is for the neighborhood coffee shop to get more seating.

I work for brixmor properties and asked was sent to do a service for Starbucks. I was denied access to complete the service because I was black, because after I was denied and waved off by a guy name Paul there, my Caucasian partner was given entry and access to the service with no issue at all. Paul was very rude to me and highly disrespectful He never acknowledged me at all even after I stated my credentials. I have video of everything

When I have the time to stop for coffee in the mornings, I always go to this location. The morning staff is so friendly! The nice natural type, not the forced type. They just automatically put me in a good mood. They also work pretty fast to get orders out.

I have to say I have never had this good of a coffee. I can’t remember her name , it’s may 6th 2:10pm .she needs a raise better yet this should be a standard for all Starbucks

I asked for my app to be loaded then they added my drink on top when it should have been the opposite. The gentleman grabbed a gal to show him and she was extremely rude to me about it

Extremely rude, they made my drink incorrectly and I asked very nicely to remake it and all they did is adding milk in front of my eyes?!!!There is another location 5 min away from this location I would recommend you go for it..

Always behind. Can't seem to get anything right. Don't bother with the app here, it doesn't really work. Way overpriced for the amount of inconvenience they put you through. If you aren't already addicted then stay away, huge waste of time and money.

Friendly staff and great service. Only not-great thing about this location is the drive through if it gets backed up, it starts to interfere with traffic and the street, but that's obviously not the staff's fault.
