Rolled into Liberal, KS on our way up from El Paso. Most placesin town were closed by 9pm, but we were happy to find this gem of a food truck. Located in the Ashley parking lot, they come to your car to take your order. Tortas, flautas, and frijoles charros were excellent!!! Plenty of other Mexican food options as well. Perfect nourishment after a day on the road.
Very tasty food! Place was busy, but our food came out quick! I cant wait to eat here again! You can sit in your car or go to window to order. We got Carne Asada and al pastor tacos and they both were amazing. I could have ate double??

I went there once in search of elote. They don't serve it but what sets them apart is the lady comes to your car so pull up and wait. Chile relleno burrito was perfect, green salsa was spicy and heavenly, chile toreados at an excellent price. She was also kind enough to let me buy a side of nopales which was well flavored and juicy. I don't eat much meat so I really appreciated this.
