The drive through employee Sarah was amazing! From the smile on her face to the tone in her voice. She handled front counter, drive through and gathering food to hand out! All while taking orders for drive through as well! She is definitely someone I will go out of my way to have serve us again! Props to her! Such an amazing individual woman!

Some of the rudest, most incompetent workers. The person that answers the phone definitely needs to work on customer service. Was told that “we know who you are and it’s only you” that has problems which I highly doubt. Constantly struggle with receiving our whole order, whether it be through the drive through or delivery. Yes, I could stop ordering, but every once in a while it’s nice to not cook. Shouldn’t be hard to put all items in our order.

the food was alright, fries were fresh, sandwich had been sitting a little bit, but still took about 10 minutes to receive. some people had their order brought to them, other people like us had to go to the counter, wasn't a problem, but unprofessional to show favoritism towards customers.
Arby's is okay for a change of pace. The only disappointing thing is they have discontinued many items that were favorites that you could only find at their restaurant. The potatoe cakes were a favorite and their gone. They did away with carrying any ham so sandwivhes and sliders that were previously available are gone.

I get the chicken bacon Swiss 9/10 times it’s awesome! But when I get the wrap it’s almost like the tortillas have just been left out in the open air..

Arby's has one of the best Reuben sandwiches out there. I did try the fried Mac and cheese bites today. They were really good except they are over $1 per bite. That's a little crazy that it costs more than chicken nuggets. Yes that's the picture of the full carton of 4 pieces.
It's Arby's... what can I say. I did the drive through. The clerk was cheerful and friendly so I'd say it was a pleasant experience. The food is usually pretty good and I think it's a good alternative to the fast food burger places. Safe bet I'll visit again.
