Destiny is the reason I choose Arby's. Hearing her voice on the drive thru makes me happy because I also work in customer service and it's cool to have guests who remember your name and look forward to seeing you.I feel like we're almost friends. My husband and I both enjoyed the new brisket offerings. We've been in there three times recently and they only got her order right once, but they fixed things without too much trouble each time. I like the interior furnishings and it is usually pretty clean.

So this is the second time this has happened to me but my card decided not to work for me and the people at Arby's told me it is on them since I was having issues with my card. I honestly had issues in the past with Arby's but just them doing this for me for I can eat some lunch is always a thank you to them.
