This is the most run down Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in there is a sour stench that fills the air. The hostess sits on the phone and waits to engage in conversation to be seated. You have to tell them you want to eat here before they seat you. It is very dirty and when when you are seated you have to ask for the tables to be wiped down because they are nasty. There are a few good waiters/waitress however, the majority act miserable to even work there. This location could definitely benefit from a thorough cleaning and better service.

Food had been prepared way ahead of scheduled pick-up time so it was cold. Ordered dips were not provided. Our wings were coated with the wrong sauce and then the right over the top. Super gross.

Great wings but when trying to order some of their combo items, we were told that it's only for lunch. Wanted to order a 10 piece wing and fries and they said it's only for lunch. If some items are really just for lunch or take-out, then have those marked on the app menu because it doesn't say that anywhere about being only for take-out or lunch menu only.

As much as I love Buffalo Wild Wings I don't recommend this location. The servers mope around looking like they hate their job. It also takes forever to seat you at a table, mind you they do see you, they make eye contact with you while you're waiting to be seated. So expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated even though it may not be busy or have a line. I get they like to play sports on the TV but does it always need to be at Volume 100? Lastly, my favorite part, while currently dining it smells like VOMIT! From the looks of the floor and lack of motivation from staff, this place looks and smells like SH**! All the tables and chairs feel and look dirty and they are falling apart. If you sit at a high table enjoy the wobble or look for the folded napkins underneath. I can't say I recommend coming here nor will I again, whoever is management here needs to do better!!! I mean come on this is a small town, we have little places to eat out as it is already you think you'd do better in representing not just this company but this town as well. Can I just say I don't expect some fancy restaurant or want the servers big smiles acting fake. I'm saying it sucks being a small town with few options already and that management isn't taking control of this mess or care about representation. Please do better not just for yourself but for your employees as well.

We got to the restaurant and went to run to the bathroom and before we even went to sit down we were stopped and told no public restrooms by one of the waitresses with blonde hair and pigtails with bows. We had to leave and my friend has a bladder issue. I don’t wanna eat at a place where the waitress is rude and assumes right when we get in. I understand implanting rules but to not ask and just say that straight out isn’t the kindest way to do it.

Said wait to be seated no one at the podium to seat you asked the manager after waiting about 15 min and he was very rude. Several open tables. Still waiting, another 10 min asked a server, in Green Bay Jersey and she seated us and was one of the BEST servers. Not a GB fan lol but thanks for the great service.
