Last time I went to this location, girl in drive up window never said one word to me. She just coldly handed over food. That was probably a year ago. Today was my first time back. Not returning!

Today I had a very poor experience at this location. The staff was very inattentive to the customers. The gentleman with the ponytail that took our order was great, but he was the only one that seamed to be there to work. The older woman behind the counter was rude to customers. The other staff just stood around waiting to be told what to do, and the manager was very possibly stoned. He stood around basically dragging his knuckles on the floor with a blank stare on his face while he let his crew try and figure it out on there own. It took almost 30mins for us to get our food with only 3 orders in front of us and that was only after I went up and started hounding the staff to hurry up because I needed to get back to work. This by the way was after the 4 customers that came in after us got there food before me. I was very unhappy with the performance of this restaurant and will most likely never return. And after all of that my burger was cold but I did not have time to let them make me another

We ordered dinner this evening and had a very negative experience. The clerk at the window was rude and did not bother to read off the order. Had she done that, we would have known the wrong button had been pressed and chicken fries were ordered not the nuggets we wanted. Besides that our original chicken sandwiches had part of the chicken patties torn off (hopefully not bitten off?, see pics).
Order door dash from here, wanted to try their new chicken wraps.... when we went to eat them... the chicken was still bleeding.... super disappointing... we have always loved Burger King until now... we will never be eating here

Came in for doordash, didn't speak a word to me for 10 minutes and one lady was giving me judgey looks like STOP please I'm WORKING and I don't wanna be here either?

i went to bk one stormy and dark night.. and the worst thing of my nightmares happened; i ordered a #9 ( original chicken sandwich) with light mayonnaise and my friend ordered the impossible whopper. i should have known something was off when the employee asked if she wanted bacon on her impossible whopper... shes vegetarian. after 45 minutes in the EMPTY burger king i finally got my order and i decided to go home and eat because of the storm. when i got home i was so hungry and eager to eat that i took a huge bite of my san until i notice that it tasted a little sweet. i look in my sandwich and notice the mayo is yellow. i have mustard. i locked myself in my room and cried the rest of the night. burger king ruined my life. i get called mustard girl now by people on the street. burger king is a scam.
