Absolutely screwed up our order more than we thought possible, we’re missing 1 drink, 3 fries, none of our burgers are done right, and we have an extra burger for some reason too

Dude it was 1050pm I work right next door, was waiting on a uber it's been snowing like crazy I forgot my Jacket, I asked them if I could wait inside where it's warm for my uber to pic me up, they straight yo kicked me out! They suck!! Left me out in the cold, God bless them!! Not!

This was my 3 time in a month ordering a blizzard from this Dairy Queen. This stinks I have to give this review. All 3 times they have been more like melted milk shakes, and not flipped over for quality, even by my request. It will be my last time going there until they hire proper employees or better management.

Horrible customer service. I went through car service to try and order and waiting for 10 min everyone that was in line waited and no answer. I ended up calling the store to ask if they were open only for an employee to say " I don't know what you talking about. hold on . I can't do this" and hang up on me . just a reminder that customers bring money to the store so THEY can get paid. (everyone that was on that line left 6 cars )

Came for a snickerdoodle blizzard and got plain vanilla ice cream with a couple pieces of cookie dough in it and they had locked the doors early with at least 15 high schoolers waiting to get in outside.
The dining room was completely empty when I came here at 6p on a Friday. Just what I needed on a drizzly September evening: a sit-down session with a doomed cheeseburger!Parking: Plenty of parking, enough to encourage you to skip the line for the drive thru and dine in!

I'm a sucker DQ. It's always a favorite of mine. This DQ has disappointed here lately a few times with being closed due to short staffing.

Went there about 30 minutes before closing time and the drive through lights were off. Went inside and after hearing the staff talk amongst each other it was clear they were ready to get out of there. Burgers were stale and unappetizing.Returned the next day (thinking maybe the staff from the previous night was just over it) however the same experience. Rude and unprofessional staff, blizzards received melted! Space in overall need of an upgrade (employees included). As an international traveler not worth the hype!!
