In from out of town and went to aggieville. So many cool shops so I knew there had to be a tea shop somewhere. I googled and found this gem. I walked with with a list of Ingredients of a tea I can no longer purchase. Michael was so helpful and 25 minutes later, he had the blend perfected and also steeped up a few cups for us to try. Visited Ellen’s Planted Tea for the first time yesterday, and I will be back!! Lovely, calm atmosphere, beautiful plants all around displayed in a way that makes sense, and a nice selection of tea you can drink in the store or take out. I ordered a pot of assam, and it was served in a sparkling glass tea pot and real cups and saucers. Megan’s steeping suggestions were spot on.
