Spent 100 dollars for the absolute worse food. Wings were tiny and overdone. Chicken fingers were completely drenched in buffalo sauce and chewy. Fries overdone. Mozzarella sticks with No Marinara. Philly cheesesteak.. barely any meat, and it had “please don’t eat on the box.” Tried to call. Phone is unavailable. So we have to drive back across town to potentially get some answers.One star was for the shakes. Those were good.Extremely disappointed to pay that much money for this.

Excellent philly cheese steaks and good burgers. They also have good fries and onion rings too.We arrived for the lunch rush and the greeter/server/cook/cleaner/checkout was very busy and really needed some help. This is an all too common occurrence where ever you go these days. She did an incredible job getting everyone taken care of.Stop in for a good meal and support this business because it will be worth it.

Me and my friend ordered 1. 6 pc + fries 2. 3 pc + fries. It was at 12 am which is plenty early before they close and the employee made it seem like it was our problem we wanted food. Once back to our house with the order we opened up to see we only got a 3 pc + fries. Completely missing the 6 pc order. Don’t know how this in the world this happens. We Have proof we paid for my entire order and proof we didn’t receive what we paid for so we are going to need to be reimbursed in some fashion. This is a frequent occurrence at this place it is known for terrible service and respect.

Don’t ever dine here. When you walk in you’ll be met with a smell of some sort of chemical, very unappetizing. The sandwiches are creations that sound good in a Scooby Doo cartoon but have none of the flavor. You could make so many variations of sandwiches at home that are going to be much better tasting and cheaper. I genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business other than drunk college kids waiting an hour for one burger. Don’t let the intriguing menu fool you, go to somewhere better, which is literally anywhere else in Manhattan. Don’t waste a long trip on this place, go to So Long’s or somewhere downtown where it’ll be worth the expense.

It was my first time here during one of my favorite layovers. I got the fat cow sandwich size small. It was so good and so different from what I eat. It's definitely not a healthy option by any means, but it is definitely worth the naughty experience. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. Apparently, this restaurant is under new management and is trying to separate themselves from the past. From the non ideal/ shortcomings to a more positive, pleasant, and overall better experience w/ everything from management, food, flavors, staff, cleanliness, etc. Well, this being my first time here, I don't have any previous experience to compare, but I can say I appreciated everything Fat Shack offered. I definitely recommend stopping by and having your own experience. With that said, I look forward to another overnight here so I can try some of the other menu items.
Burgers and fries were ok, sandwiches are good too. Just don’t come here on a Friday or Saturday night. 4 hour wait easy

The sandwich was a good portion size but not special in any way. A deep fried Oreo was the highlight, but despite warning them that our big group was coming, they were completely overwhelmed and delivered terrible service. The place is also small. Can't fit a lot of people and hadn't been cleaned in some time.

Took our family there. I asked 3 times if they had boneless wings, the server said yes. It was chicken strips is what my kids got. Food was not good for the money we paid. The restaurant itself was kinda nasty. The women’s restroom was bad enough that I barely even wanted to wash my hands in there. The mens had trash outside the door toilet paper and water on the floor. We love trying new places but this place wasn’t it. Horrible experience.
