Very rude staff. The restaurant is dirty. Not great food. They keep cleaning supplies by the hand washing station. The water and cloth they use to clean tables is right by the cups they hand to customers...sure they never splash that water on those cups. I don't recommend this place at all.

I find it weird that there's never any customers inside Firehouse Subs no matter what location I go to. Any who, they took the pepperoni pizza sub off the menu and replaced it with the chicken Parmesan sub. How disappointing? The 2 employees working were very helpful in making an alternative sub. Wasn't quite the same but it was edible. Bring back the pepperoni pizza sub and I'll give the 5th star back.

First, I was not asked for my phone number to use my points, and I should have asked, but forgot.The sub came out hot and fresh. It had way too much mayo and mustard and was just dripping with every bite.The place was clean.

The manager there was unbelievably rude. The food was good but getting the order achieved was like dealing with a snobby child. I even tried to call because I sent my really nice husband. Will ruin your mood. Do not recommend.

It was the first time to eat at a firehouse sub. I told the cashier that and he was so unfriendly I knew I should have went back out the door. My sandwich was not good and the brisket was so fatty I could not eat it. Then I had my daughter order me a bowl of loaded bake potato soup. We it was not loaded that’s for sure and if was very runny for being a loaded soup. Only I ate that was good was the

The store was empty and the 3 employees were nice, however very slow to make subs.I ordered 2 subs the containers were huge.Got home to eat and the taste was not at all good.Bread was good but the sub turkey bacon ranch and italian subs yuck.The meat was stiff and compressed it had very little taste and it wasn't good.Never again.

We went during Sunday lunch time and it was quite crowded.Tables, etc. were dirty. The cashier lady that day was unfriendly. The sandwich we ordered was good. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to come out because there were not enough people in the kitchen. I would not go here again.
