Before COVID, this was absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. It was consistently good, fresh ingredients crunchy vegetables.I finally got around to revisiting and it's just as good as ever. If not better. I was really worried I'd be losing my favorite Chinese restaurant; Glad to see they're still in business and doing better than ever.

I would never eat here!! The food is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever eat here.. They need to be closed down! Food not fresh, soda flat, and very bad customer service! I really don’t understand how they are still open! I placed a piece of food in my mouth and spit it back out immediately.. Health department needs to shut them down? If I didn’t have to click a star I wouldn’t!

So DISAPPOINTING! Trying a new place and had heard good things about this restaurant. First of all, the lady working was rude and acted like I was bothering her. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo and they had no fried rice and the white rice was really dry. Then the egg roll was burnt and the sweet and sour chicken was really over cooked and tasted like nothing and hard the chew. My daughter had chicken lo mien and The vegetables were soggy and the chicken over cooked. We couldn't even finish the dinner. Money wasted. We will not be going back.

I only ordered from this restaurant instead of the others, despite them having an expensive alternate to normal ‘americanized’ fried rice, because their sesame chicken was like no other that I’ve tasted. It was fresh, crispy, and smothered in amazing sauce. It was like they actually cared about the quality of their food. And it was definitely worth the price. However, in the last two years, it has gotten so bad. The sauce is still great tasting, it doesn’t have the over-the-top ketchup taste to it, but the chicken quality is terrible. EVERY time I get it, it tastes, looks, and feels old. All dry, somewhat soggy, and barely any sauce. I always hope things change with my next order, but it never does.

I went to order a Chinese noodles dish that consists of pickled cabbage and noodles. I know they have dish, I have ordered it many times. But I forgot the me.of the dish as I haven't eaten here in over a year. When I made order the woman taking just rolled her eyes and starts cooking before making sure the order is correct. She came out with low mein. If it had been a low me in dish, that's easy. It's on the paper and online menu and I wouldn't have come in. But I was refused the Chinese menu, which I can read as I do speak Chinese btw, and was ignored. I wouldn't eat here again based on principle because how disrespectful the whole experience was. I also will no longer recommend it as the only place in town with decent Chinese food, not just American Chinese food. Being 34 weeks pregnant I had to leave because I was about to cry since I had been craving this dish for so long and was denied it simply because someone couldn't be bothered to listen to me and just wanted to get back to their show. I was so looking forward to stopping in Manhattan specifically for this dish.

Was hoping to find a new good Chinese restaurant but not the case giving a 2 star is generous and only because the egg drop soup was really good. The general Tso chicken and the sesame chicken was awful I’m not sure it was even chicken most pieces were rock hard.

I use to love eating here a few times a month. But i think they got a new cook and all the food taste like food i can make in the microwave. Please get your old cook back.

Good Chinese food. My place to go in Manhattan.

Easily the best Chinese restaurant in Manhattan, and I've tried them all. My orange chicken was steaming hot and very tender, and the sauce was super-flavorful. As long as the quality stays consistent, I'll never order Chinese food from anywhere else.

Stayed at the Parkwood Inn, couldn't decide between Thai and Chinese food and chose the better reviewed option on Yelp (Chinese). Mistake #1. Ordered Sesame Chicken with steamed rice ($12.95) and vegetable egg rolls (6 for $3.20). The egg rolls were small and contained a strange soft textured mash of veggies. The sesame chicken was cold, soggy, covered in very little sauce, and the meat was stringy and tough. Definitely not white meat. Both items reminded me of entrees you would buy in bags from the freezer section of a big box store, or leftover Asian food from a supermarket that you find in the deli section late at night. If you had told me it was leftover from the lunch buffet I would not be surprised. I gave them a star for decent white rice - the best part of the meal. $19 with a tip for a meal I would strongly advise against. Honestly based on this meal I would never order from here again, but I likely won't be passing through town again for a long time...

Food was great! The steamed dumplings and general tso chicken was so yummy. Tons of food for the price, and delivery was fast and the food still hot!
