Tonight was a very disappointing night regarding your team members at my local store. I called the store in regard's to my order in which I had delivered. They accidentally forgot to put two burgers and a 20 piece McNugget in our bag before it left the store. They told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake I called the store again, they decided not to Anwser my call. So I took my self to the store and upon my arrival they werent busy. No excuse besides incompetence for my food missing.I asked for a manager, she was rude and wouldnt give me her name, nor was she wearing a name tag. She huffed about having to fix my order. Blamed another co worker by name to my face why my food was missing. Over all completely unprofessional of her and her other crew members just to get my order corrected. This experience all together is going to make me stop ordering from that store. Your female manager at that store working the night shift Needs to be sat down and talked to about her attitude. Shes 5 foot tall brown hair and wore glasses.I hope no one else has to experience her rude demeanor.

ordered a breakfast item a few minutes before 10:30. arrived at the drive thru at 10:30. there are 2 drive thru lanes and i’m waiting in the right lane at the speaker. the cars on the left were moving just fine and but i was told to wait a moment. 3 cars went on the left before my order was taken. it’s now 10:39. i am told through the speaker that i cannot get my breakfast item because i was not here at 10:30 (i was). i then ask for a refund and the lady tells me that since i placed a mobile order, that i need to get a refund from the app. i’m now reading in the help section on my app that since the payment went through to the restaurant, that i need to contact the restaurant. Worst mcdonald’s experience of my life.

For being a mcdonalds the foods pretty good if and when its made right, but its kinda wild to wait 10+ minutes on a hot chocolate just to leave without getting it because you have limited timeSo to whoever got to enjoy MY hot chocolate that I paid for, your welcome i guess
