Crazy prices! I got a you pick 2 soup & sandwich with a large drink. It was $27! I was shocked because it was just me ordering and when they read me to the total at the window “how?!” Slipped out of my mouth (I didn’t mean to be rude, I was honestly shocked) the explained that because I upgraded to a large drink it was more expensive.I have been choosing other options ever since, for that price I can eat anywhere else in town.Also, my order was made incorrectly and was cold on the inside. I did write to corporate first, before this review.. they didn’t respond. ??‍♀️

Great food and stuff but need to go back to using the buzzer devices. When the place is packed like the day we went, and people are standing all around talking, you can barely hear the counter call your name when your food is ready, especially when there are people standing right in front of the counter talking loudly.

The food is the same at every Panera, and this was no different. But what's different though was how long it took them for my order. I have an hour for lunch and I had to box it up to go because it took so long.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful with my kids and I as we have never been here before. He was able to answer any and all questions we had. The price was a bit expensive but overall it was a good experience.

The prices are insane for what it is, the environment was dirty and run down. An outlet hanging off the wall dangling by wires. We ordered a You Pick Two, which French onion soup in a bread bowl and a half sandwich. The half sandwich hardly had anything on it at all, and the soup was cold. Not room temp, not lukewarm...cold. When we took it back, they put the whole thing g in a microwave! Still wasn't warm, but now all our bread was hard. Took it back up and swapped it out for different soup, which was hot. Wasn't happy at all, and probably won't eat here again unfortunately.

-0! I don't know how staff is trained- it needs an overhaul. I go in- figure out what I want. The front person has seen me and ignores me. Then this absolutely clueless clerk comes up to the register- LOOKS AROUND ME AND HELPS THE PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND ME. I said so not so words and leave. I call back to the store and speak to the manage. He makes every excuse known to man. That's it- just a bunch of excuses. It's a no wonder that Manhattan can't keep restaurants! I'll forever stick with STARBUCKS! They have perfect customer service!

Great food but it's twice now where I've ordered food ahead of time and by the time I got there for pickup they hadn't even started making my order. I'm very tired of this especially when I'm waiting for food for my partner and I's anniversary.

The person taking our order was unable to answer basis questions, for example, on "name of salad", is the chicken fried or grilled, on "name of sandwich" how is it prepared?Parking: Plenty of parking
