Extremely impressed with the quality of service! This was my first time visiting a smoothie king and I was a little overwhelmed by the size of the menu. I apologized to the staff member attempting to take my order and let her know that I may need a minute to look everything over. Instead of saying "take your time" and walking away or being annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted (which I feel is the usual response) she immediately asked me what type of smoothies I usually get. From there she asked me more specific questions to narrow it down to one smoothie in particular. She then listed out the ingredients rather than having me find the ingredients myself, one of which was dairy. I asked for a dairy substitute and the staff member took the time to clarify if this was an allergy since different procedures are taken for allergies to ensure no cross contamination occurs. I do not have a dairy allergy but was very appreciative of her asking! Not only was the staff member taking my order extremely thoughtful, but she hit the nail on the head with her smoothie suggestion, it's delicious! Additionally, the staff member who made my drink was also very friendly and made sure to thank me for coming in and wished that a enjoy the rest of my day. As a restaurant manager, I often make assessments of the service, rather than the food or beverage to judge my likeliness to return. I can confirm this is the first time in a VERY long time I've gone somewhere (other than the restaurant I work at) and experienced such great service, not to mention a great smoothie too! I wish I would've asked for both staff members names because they won me over and I will be returning because of their service :)

Love this place! Passion passport and pineapple surf are must haves if you go there. If you are a sugar-free consumer, they have accommodating options upon request. Prices are decent, and service is fast. I have never been disappointed by this store; definitely recommend.
Prices are steep as expected with drink sizes that go up to 40oz but the staff are cool and it’s always clean

Went to the store pineapple smoothly.. but they gave me a strawberry pinapple...pineapple.... im allergic to strawberry and had to go to the hospiatl

Ordered a peanut power plus. It did not taste right and then I noticed that it was hardly mixed. The bottom half had a mushy glob the size of a chicken egg of apparently what was supposed to be dates, along with a bunch of marble sized ice chunks. Very unappetizing.

I downloaded the app today and didn’t know how to use it. I came inside to order (minutes before closing time) and the two young ladies on staff tonight were so helpful. They helped with the app and provided me with suggestions for what I can add to my smoothie and smoothies that I should try next time that have the macros I’m looking for. They were so friendly and patient that I will definitely be a regular.
