We ordered thru their website and had the order door dashed. Unfortunately our driver failed big time and instead of calling or texting just left the food in front of the door. We live in an apartment building so when the door opened it knocked the top order off and the fries and burger were on the sidewalk. Couldn’t figure out how to get ahold of door dash so I called the store and the whole team was awesome and took care of it all even calling door dash and making them take care of the delivery!!! Always been satisfied with this store and will continue praising them!! Excellent service from them, above and beyond!!

The parking was no full so we thought it was a good time to go in an eat because me and my wife was hungry, the black girl that was supposed to set us told us that it would be 20 minutes. The place was not busy so we set down and waited, but the problem was this same girl all she had to do was clean off a few tables and she took her time , which there was plenty of tables still available so we waited , the first couple was seated and then to the exact time we was seated after the 3 tables that cleaned 20 minutes for that ... Of course there was a few people that came in and they were seated with out a wait.. (what is going on in this place.)

Took 15 minutes for the hostess to get a manager to seat us. Waiter was very rude. I tried to complain, and was told they were not my server, and to take it up with him. Took my family and left. Go next door to IHOP. They are wonderful over there.

My family and I showed up 20 minutes before closing. It took the hostess 15 minutes to get manager. To make sure they would serve us. It was apparent that the waiter did not want to serve us. He was very rude and cold He even Rolled his eyes at us. My husband went to talk to staff and they did not care how we were treated. We left and went to IHOP the service there was excellent. So don't go to Chilli's go to IHOP.

I stopped into this Chili’s on a cross-country trip for a quick dinner. I sat in the bar area and was incredibly impressed with the service and the entire experience. The food was fresh and warm, the order was correct, and I watched as the assistant, general manager, Chris S., handled an interesting situation beautifully. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Got a table and waiter took too long to come ask us what we wanted to drink table next to us got sat and their waiter immediately brought them chips and salsa which are advertised on the door we ordered and didnt see our waiter till all our drinks were empty my husband nd daughters drink got refilled and she never offered me another drink she charged us for 2 sides wrong only saw her once asking if we were ok we asked bor to go boxes and never brough out the bill we sat for 15 minutes waiting as we watched her go to the bathroom we sae the other waiter more than we did ours she acted like she didnt even wanna be there if u dont like your job dont do it i dont know her name but it was a tall girl never going back again

Really good customer service
