By far the worst place to eat in Johnson county they have roaches everywhere the managers above the inshops don't care about anything it took calling OSHA to get a A/C fixed they don't know how to treat the employees or the customers when these managers work for example (David Byrd, and Scott Hinz ect,) putting teenagers in a messed up work environment just cuz they don't wanna do whats right around there

Told the lady 3 times what I wanted, I asked for lettuce and oil so they completely drowned the bread until it was soggy like it was dunked in water on the inside. Slimy soggy interior. Got my sandwich and then had to repeat that I had extra cheese after I got my sandwich. I checked it after watching the guy read the ticket and not put extra cheese on (they were totally going to charge me for extra cheese and not even make sure I got what I ordered) (maybe one other person was in there it wasn't busy and they weren't confused but when I asked about extra cheese they all looked at me like I was dumb) so they put that on there. The bread was completely hard at the end and broke off. I just left with it because other people were coming in and they obviously don't care about their product as my food was a disaster and they happily took my money. I couldn't even eat it, I was drinking melted bread and oil. The bread was so bad I could scrape the mushy interior out and the hard ass shell still held shape. So the outside was stale and leathery and the inside was Macerated with oil and vinegar. Every other Jimmy John's puts the lettuce and oil inside the meat so the bread doesn't completely melt. Absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Jimmy John's. I would rather they had accidentally got tuna on it again than SELL ME OLD STALE BREAD. It's really really disappointing they can't correctly make one sandwich in an unbusy shop, and then sell me old hard bread like I'm not going to notice my sandwich is harder to bite through than an old fricken shoe. Never going back to this location again I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes than risk getting another sandwich like that. Thanks for ruining our lunch date and wasting my money. They are really okay with making the most bare minimum shitty sandwich and selling it to people. Should be ashamed they are selling that bread to people. Pretty sure it was day old bread it was so hard and leathery. We don't eat out a lot and this really put me off ever going to Jimmy John's again if that's how you allow people to make and serve food. I'm not mad at whom ever is reading this just mad I wasted money and time on a shit sandwich they were pleased as anything to give to me. All of the bread was just sitting on racks in the open air. I'm not a chef but I know that's how you get old hard bread. That Jimmy John's is a mess and needs their eyes opened. I'd take pictures but I stomped it into the ground as I was hungry as hell, paid for a meal, and was given the absolute shittiest thing they could scrape together. The bottom bread didn't even break it's so hard and stale. You want people eating that hard ass old bread ? And taking their money? my husband wouldn't even touch it. I didn't want to call since they think the food is perfectly fine to sell to people, I doubted anyone would believe me. Sincerely - I'm still hungry but now I'm disappointed too.

I didn't eat here, but one of the employees named Matt, who had just finished his shift, saw me struggling in the Quik Trip parking lot next door to put air in my tire. He helped me and got me on my way. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I don’t know his name, but he had a pony tail. He was running the show by himself for awhile. 12 people had ordered and people kept coming in. This guy was taking orders and whipping out peoples food like a pro. Mad respect to handle the pressure.

I love Jimmy John's, but this is the only location I have ever been to where they over-baked the bread. As many times as I have eaten a JJ's sandwich, it has never looked like this. I'm literally having to chip away the outer layer because it's so hard

Walked in the door, and 4 employees were standing around talking. Nobody else was in the store. As I walked in, I said "Hello" to the guy at the counter and again said, "Hi, how are you doing today?" I didn't get a response back. As he was too busy listening to two other employees talking. Once again, I said, "Hello?" and he replied with "what do you want?" I replied with "good thanks for asking. I will take a foot long with tuna." He replied, "You want two number 1s?" I said."No, I want a tuna foot long. What is number one?" As I'm looking up to the board, he replies with "ok foot long tuna." Turns and looks at the manager and the young lady still talking. Assuming he is waiting for me to pay. I don't know. I asked again. "Can I get a tuna foot long?" He replied with "yes, $16." I asked."What is on it?" and he replied,"lettuce tomato cucumber and cheese." As he is telling me this another employee pulls out the bread which clearly was not a foot long and I ask "is that a foot long" which the guy replied with "we don't have foot longs. Do you still want it." I said sure. I'll take it. I can eat the other half for lunch. Tomorrow, " the guy at the counter replied,"Make sure to frigerate overnight." which I replied. "Thanks, I will."About 30 seconds later, the lady put the sandwich on the counter and didn't say a word to me if it was mine or it was ready. Not a word. I walked over to grab the sandwich that didn't have a bag or napkins, and I turned to walk out and thinking to myself, why isn't there a bag or napkins, which was odd. I turned around to go back to the to-go counter and asked, "Does it normally come with a to-go bag and napkins?" she points a finger at the bags on her side of the counter. So I reached over to the to-go counter to their side and grabbed the to-go bag. While looking for napkins, I didn't see any, so I grabbed some on their side of the counter, once again. Felt strange. As I turned to walk out, I nicely said, "Have a great day" to the gal. No response. Continue past the register. I told the guy at the register, "Have a great day. Also received no response.Normally, they would ask if it's for here or to go.Experience wasn't something I would consider exceptable for anybody.Your customer service is abysmal. I'll spend my money at your competitors now on.Threw the sandwich in the trash and went next door to Quicktrip.Date and time. 7-27-23 at 12:48pm
