I asked if I could have a free taco or two. Young gentlemen, maybe 19 or 20 years old said. Please order what you want get yourself a meal I'll pay for it. He got me everything I asked for and added an extra burrito. I think sometimes empathy should be our first response to everything. But what do I know i'm just a level three google guide!
The absolute worst Taco Bell in the world. Have had to reorder through doordash three times because they gave the wrong food the first time then someone “stole” it the second… I’ve worked at two different Taco Bell locations and I can assure you it’s really NOT that difficult.

They messed up my order twice now first time whatever second time kinda disappointed cuz it's the second time I've paid for add ons and didn't receive them... tried calling the store and they answered and hung up on me 5 times in a row. I just want my lunch made correctly the way I paid for it (':

This Taco Bell is always so good to come to. The crew was super and Jennifer was so kind and thoughtful.
Of the several Taco Bell’s in the area, this location always does a phenomenal job with our orders and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
This Taco Bell has great service unlike Jack in the Box next door.

Terrible experience, went inside to get food, 3 people look at me standing waiting to be helped, no one approached to take my order, there where only taking orders from the drive thru. I ask if they where taking orders inside or drive thru only one lady signed with her finger to wait, not even speak it. I waited for a for about 3 minutes. And still no help.I understand if they are short staffed, but as a courtesy they could have at least approached and said something, not ignore me. I left upset and definitely would not go back. Also.As I was there I observe them prepare the food and they definitely need training on health codes. They are touching food and touching their face removing their hair out of their faces, and then touching food again, another clean her gloves in her dirty apron and continue to prepare food without washing her hands.
Wasnt answering the order window and saw her ducking to hide when I pulled around trying to close
