Scenic lake views from this lovely campground restaurant. Unusual for Kansas to have a restaurant with an island vibe. Get ready for some fried food - not many grilled/smoked options and they were out of those. Bar and patio seating plentiful. Large parties accommodated. Great gathering spot.
This is a great hang out that also has a good menu and bar area. Most indoor tables have water views, and many times one can get outdoor seating (it wasn't available on this visit, however). Our server was one of only 3 on a fairly busy Sunday afternoon, yet our service was still good and our entrees were delicious. I can highly recommend the brisket grilled cheese.

Absolutely stunned at how personable the service was. So kind and easy to converse with. The food was on another level. We got the loaded tater tots?? (pork) with a side of fries and fried onions. We flipped the tater tot’s onto the fries and onions. Talk about a wet dream. We will go out of our way to come here again. 11/10
