The new GM Sami did such a great job taking care of me. I ordered a pizza shortly before close and the service was still amazing. Glad to see a turn in the right direction with new management. And the pizza was great!

The workers seemed to have no clue what they were doing and I am currently waiting to receive my food. It has been around an hour and it apparently hasn’t even gone in the oven. I hope I get it by next year because I am hungry.

Normally everything is perfect and I have no issues. Got food around 5:30-6 at night and it was burnt hardly touched it. It was a waste of money. Not sure if I'll go to a different store or a different place all together. Sucks I normally LOVE their food. ☹️

Took an hour and half for the pizza to get Delivered.spend 40 bucks. I am not going to eat the pizza it's Soggy.called a few times to ask about the order Got disconnected,put on hold Disconnected again. Never go back to this store again . 40 bucks for one pizza .wow.

My wife and I have ordered from this Domino’s many times. It’s great for pick up but we won’t be ordering delivery from them again. Our past 3 orders haven’t arrived in less than 3 hours. We even ordered 2 hours early this time with a set delivery time and still the same problem. The manager didn’t seem to care when we spoke to her about the issue.

Avoid at all costs. The manager and team refuses to take ownership of mistakes, refuses to do anything other than talk down to customers and put customers on hold for 30+ minutes, until you are in store in their face where they cannot ignore you, but they still talk down to you. The manager facilitates this environment, and when the manager lets their place go down the tubes, there's nothing to be done other than let it go out of business.Manager, if you are reading this, you are absolutely correct. Like you said, "it's just a pizza". Had your employee taken ownership of your mistake, asked me to bring the wrong one back and you'd get a new one made, we could have ended things on a positive note. You know, a little customer service. We all make mistakes, it is how we fix those mistakes that matters, and you failed in epic style.

Hated the fact there were no menus with prices when we walked in. To me that deemed the menu useless.. why walk into a restaurant only to have to open the menu on your phone. Won't be going back anytime soon
