Have had multiple issues with this location before, but this time was exceptionally bad.Started with delivery not being available even though it was only 7pm.Went to pick up instead and arrived to the sign not lit and half the lights off in the store.Walked in and the one lady working did not say a word as I asked about a mobile order. She pointed to a bag by the door still not saying a word. I took the bag and left and got home to missing chips, sandwich not cut as selected, and the ingredients on the sandwich apparently thrown at the bread blindfolded.

It’s 8:30pm 10/26The store doesn’t close till 9pm and I see the lights off , doors locked and two employees in the kitchen saying they are closed. This is probably the 2nd

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Sandwich looked like it was made by a 3 year old. The workers here do not care at all. Don't waste your money here, go to a different Jimmy Johns.

No delivery? At Jimmy John's?? Really??? ‍If they can't find delivery drivers, or more likely aren't willing to pay them a decent salary, they should close this location and move somewhere else. One star, do not recommend

DO NOT USE this store! They will cancel your order after 30 minutes and just claim they have no drivers. They won’t refund your money if you paid with Apple Pay and they’ll say, “I don’t owe you anything”DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE

1 hour plus delivery time for 2 orders in a row. Quit playing games and give people a delivery time instead of saying “as fast as we can”.

Slowest delivery of my life. For freaky fast delivery they sure do like to take their time. I tried it one time and it took them an hour and a half. So I decided to give them another chance the second time, and what do you know. They took their sweet sweet time again. Not doing business with them again.

I came in during the lunch rush with my own crazy order, but two employees, Mario and Ian, were patient and understanding with my order! Not only were they incredibly kind, my orders and their odd additions were all perfect!

ordered two hunters clubs (#10s) in giant size. woman taking the order was pleasant. got my sandwiches in a decent timeframe and the sandwiches were made well. great visit.

Got my sandwich but it didn't have lettuce as advertised. I asked if they had lettuce and was told they ran out. Would have been nice to know when I ordered the sandwich. I likely won't return to this store

Placed an order through website, $40. Got a call less than 5 min later telling me they are out of bread, they can cancel order and my money will be refunded in 7 - 10 business days. Asked to speak to manager they put me on hold, then tell me that I can choose in store credit or get refund which will now only take 3 - 5 business days. Considering that this location has a habit of closing early and this not being my first problem here I highly recommend going to a different store.
