So I come here cause it’s close to work. But there’s never anyone at the counter and the self order is either always broken or there are no table placards. And then when they bring you the food it always feels like an inconvenience.

Horrible customer service! I went through the drive-thru in the morning hours and ordered specifically a nonfat iced mocha. I noticed on the screen that it said whole milk so I asked the attendant if he had nonfat milk. He replied no. I said why did you go ahead and ring it up he told me I was being rude! If somebody asks you for a nonfat product and you don't have it just reply you don't have it available. Tell the customer stop being rude and trying to sell them something you don't even offer is extremely rude! I will never go to this location again!

The Hispanic women knew no English got our simple order wrong. When we asked to correct it she yelled OH MY GOD!!! Because someone told her in Spanish she got it wrong.

i called the store yesterday because i accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and the man that answered was extremely helpful but when i got to the store yesterday and asked to speak to him the workers basically told me to take my food and leave. so i called right after i left and the man that answered said he was sorry for the way they treated me and to come in tomorrow. so i did and when i got here today. again. the workers were extremely rude and no help. so i call the store and there was a different man that answered and he told me “i don’t know what to tell you. they don’t speak english very well.” basically telling me tough so. this whole experience was extremely unpleasant and i am never this kind of person but i am extremely upset and will not be coming back to this store

The woman at the window didn’t speak English. She was wearing a neon green vest like she’d just been to the trash. She handed me a bag and I hadn’t paid yet. Then I had to ask for my Diet Coke. I had ordered a #3 but I got a plain hamburger, 6 chicken McNuggets and a small fry. The McNuggets were all dried out.

This location went from being good to bad to ok and now seems to be back to bad. Enough staffing seems to be the first issue. They need a couple of extra people. Can't have your food expediter also glued to the register. They also aren't paying attention to special orders and using their verified slips. And PUT RECEIPT PAPER IN THE KIOSKS so we know our order number and we don't have to take up staff time. It takes them a few minutes how to reprint them and it slows everything down.

Kiosk was broken did not give me a reciept and then manager argued with me and stated I didn't pay I had to show him my bank account where it came out and then he refused to give me my whole order would not give me my drink until I paid for another also stated he wasn't going to get kiosk fixed then on top of it all my food was cold I literally ended up throwing it in the trash worst service ever will never return and calling cooperate

We recommend this restaurant if you are in this area of town. Normally, almost every McDonald's I visit manages to get my order wrong. This store would be the exception. Every visit has been handled correctly.
