Great option for fresh fast food. They are using bowls that are not plastic. It's a kind of cardboard like Chipotle uses for theirs. So if you are trying to avoid plastic waste this is a great option.

Food was tasty, but some of it was less fresh than the rest--the raw carrots were dried. And the sushi rice was also meh, a bit gloppy and in big blobs. The sauces were pretty good. The place was SPOTLESS--kudos!--and the staff very friendly. I was initially impressed by that. But one thing stood out: NO employee was wearing a mask. The pandemic is raging again, the delta variant is now well-known to infect the vaccinated as well as unvaxed easily, and hospitals are sending people away. WHAT ON EARTH IS THE MANAGEMENT THINKING? (Masks right now are a basic health and safety protocol, no different than washing surfaces in the kitchen to prevent salmonella, etc.) I guess I will taking my business someplace else. Every other business I have been in recently in greater KC has staff masked. Sigh.
Super good, create your own hot stir fry bowl, lots of fresh veggies and the Korean beef tasted great. Nice healthy customized option

The place is so good! Along with that, the workers are SUPER nice. I got a stir fry while everyone else got a poki-based bowl. Everything they had is pretty good! I reccommend the general Tso with lo mein, that was pretty fire I would come back to this place!
