Just went through the drive through here and with no one in line at the drive through they told us to hold on and we waited for 8 minutes before we asked for help again. No one came back and we drove off. We noticed three cars parked in the parking lot and upon further investigating two of the vehicles were employees just chilling in their vehicles. This is outrageous and will be contacting corporate for this

Congratulations, Newton KFC. You've singlehandedly destroyed the KFC brand. The good news is, my car was running low on oil, so all I had to do was squeeze my chicken over the oil input hole and filled it right up. Guess there's a silver lining in every cloud.And one last thing, does it bother you when you order extra crispy, and she says "I'm out of extra crispy, all I have is regular. Will that be ok?" No, it's not ok. I wanted extra crispy. It's lunch time. How could you possibly be out of extra crispy? Oh, wait, the war in Ukraine. Yes, that must be it. We've diverted our nation resources, including extra crispy fried chicken to Ukraine. I hope we get through this crisis....

After last night i will not be going back your employee was rude and disrespectful, i had to repeat myself four times to him. I got to the window and right before i court say that is not my order he got mad flipped me off beodeer he got someone else and yelled saying she said that is not her oder. He needs to be fired or something because that was disrespectful to me and my friend. Im glad someone else did help me but because of that guy i will not be going back

The chicken taste strange,funny taste to it. The biscuit was hard as a rock.KFC Please prepare your food more properly,especially with the prices you charge. My Wife and I were disappointed, we hope this won't happen again!

i ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket meal half of it supposed to be extra crispy and the other one crispy. I’m not sure how cooked they think the extra crispy is edible. There is always something wrong with the order food.
