Our office is having a party for the eclipse. I wanted to order a couple of pizzas with pepperoni shaped like the moon starting to eclipse the sun. I called Little Caesars and Papa John's and they both told me it wasn't possible. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the GM who happened to be there. She understood want I was wanting and went out of her was to make it happen. Pizza Hut is the only place in Newton I will be buying pizza from from now on for myself or the office. Thank you guys!!

This place was decent at one point, now it's a dump. Their roach problem is so bad, it makes me disgusted to order anything. This place needs to be shut down until the roach problem is solved.You can't kill them over night, and Orkin doesn't care to remove them. Orkin loves milking the situation and doesn't make a dent in the population. My guess is the mgmt team are too lazy to clean properly.I'm sure pizza hut has closing duties or operations during the day that are not getting done. Their oil from the fryers always smells burned.Their staff smoke more than they work.Someone is consistently outside smoking and i bet they don't wash up when they return from their many breaks.Mgmt is a joke. And regional mgmt is just as blind or it would have improved by now.

Sharing my experience as a delivery Driver of 8 months here. This place has gone under so much since Konnie has taken over. It's all about the profits and how much we could scam out of the customer. The general manager, Andre, has no interest in the crew. He would come in and just stare and make everyone uncomfortable, including customers. A majority of the time, if you go in for dine in, you will be accommodated to the yelling of overwork from only having a single cook scheduled to work on a busy day, all in the means of keeping profits up. Just remember this if you decide to order from here again.

I absolutely do not recommend this place!!My son and his girlfriend ate here on February 24, 2024 for lunch and the both of them were throwing up and sick later that afternoon. By 7 pm, my son’s stomach pain had worsened and was doubled over hurting and cramping. Most of his pain was on right side, so I was concerned that it could be appendicitis. I took him to Newton Medical. Our copay for the ER was $250. After getting an IV, blood drawn, something for pain, and CT scan, the doctor asked where he ate last and it was Pizza Hut on Washington Road in Newton, Kansas. His diagnosis was gastritis bacterial virus infection. The cause is from a person or persons preparing the food after using the restroom, and not washing their hands. Gross!His girlfriend went to the doctor the following Monday and was diagnosed with the same thing. I think this Pizza Hut needs to take care of the hospital and dr bills and teach their employees how to wash their hands.

Don’t go to this place for a job. They say they are all about family and working with you on scheduling but that is a lie. The managers there don’t care about customers and they walk around saying that they don’t care about anything. And they will get your order wrong and will not care about it.
Horrible experience with Newton, Ks Pizza Hut. Our last 3 orders were messed up causing delivery driver to have to go back and return all 3 times with corrected orders. We tried again to order and they couldn't get anything right on the order. We were on the phone for 15 minutes trying to place the order. We finally cancelled the order. I am not sure we will ever try to order delivery from them again. Changes need to be made first. Very disappointed because Pizza Hut WAS my favorite pizza. We are going to try other pizza's for a while.

Waited two hours for delivery, never received my food. Called the store and waited 15 minutes. One person said my food was sitting on the counter, another said it was delivered to the wrong address. Was refused a refund.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks after waiting around 45 minutes, waitress came said order was wrong and will have to start over. Waited more than 30 more minutes and she came back to table empty handed we told her we are leaving tired of waiting.

Pizza was cold, didn't recieve one of the pizzas I ordered, chicken wings were old and rubbery. When I tried to talk to a manager I had to wait 20 minutes. Oh, and it took an hour for it to even be delivered! Wish I could give Zero stars! Definitely not worth the money I spent there!
