Well this is probably the last time we're patronizing Applebees. The text link never works for curbside. We have to go in and pick up the order. When we got home today, we found the order was incomplete. No breadsticks. Seriously, can't bring myself to pay nearly $40 for iceberg lettuce and chicken.

Chain restaurant, so there is that. The food was good, but they were understaffed. One table waiter. So took awhile to get our food. Not staff problem so don't hold that against them while tipping. They were attentive refilling drinks. Full bar. Had a chicken sandwich with some sort of spicy Asian sauce and coleslaw on it. Tasty. My wife had a wrap that she said was good. Probably won't be my first choice for dining, but not bad and cost was $$.Parking: Lots of parking right there.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids there. Family atmosphere.

I was disappointed in my recent visit to Applebee's in Olathe. I had ordered the Pretzels with Cheese. The waitress came back and said they were out. So, I ordered beef Nacho's. When she brought them, the beef seemed old and overcooked. The Jalapeños were raw and not spicy. I was looking for the type of Jalapeños peppers they serve at the baseball game. I should have returned them but did not.

Went in for lunch today and was dissapointed. I ordered the Fiesta chicken salad but it was not good. The pico was off like it was going bad and the chicken quesadila was cold. The server asked if the food was okay and I told her it wasn't and she said she was going to tell the manager. Shortly after she came and got my payment but not a word from the manager. My food was barely touched but that didn't matter to them. $16 for food I couldn't eat didn't sound fair.

really bad, the customer service was awful. we went around 5 ish and didn’t get our food till 9. 2 cooks and 7 servants! definitely hire more cooks!!

The service on that place is horrible make us wait 40 minutes when I asked the server for mi food she told me it was not ready I ask her to cancel the order she told me she was to call the manager and he never showed up food is not bad but service it’s the worst not the first time I have to wait for my food over
The service was great. Our waitress was friendly. She was the only waitress for the whole restaurant. It wasn't super busy. She was attentive to those of us who were there.The food was fantastic. I had the chicken quesidilla salad, delicious.We haven't been to an Applebee's for years. I'm glad we stopped it. It was a nice change.

The food was good but the service was terrible. It took forever to get our food. The waiter could care less. Every time the waiter came to the table, He would repeat the same thing. I'm not going back to that location.
