Good food and clean restaurant. The staff was kind and attentive to customers. The location was upkept and the Employees take real pride in their appearance and the locations appearance. Best A&W I've been to.Parking: Small amount of stalls, but not a huge deal as they didn't have many dine-in customers that evening.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Firstly, the place looks completely run down and is not fit to be running. The building is nearly torn apart. I went to redeem a reward I had gotten because it was my birthday. When I got to the drive thru, I was told I had to come around to the window to redeem my reward. The lady was an older black lady (not being racist, just want management to know exactly who I had the experience with) was very rude and impatient. I showed her my reward and she told me it was not the right part that needed to be shown, which is fine. I tried looking for it and before I could find the reward, she told me to go somewhere else and shoved the window closed in front of my face. Her attitude, demeanor, and overall aura made me so uncomfortable that I just left the place. I hope this place gets shut down soon and that lady learns how to treat other humans with respect. And if you’re like me, and ignore reviews, please do not ignore this one.

Went through the drive thru and was asked to pull into a parking spot and they would bring my food out. After 20 minutes of waiting I went into the restaurant to get my food. It took over 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and chicken tenders. Slowest drive thru in the world.

"We close at 8. Sorry." Really? Cause the website says 9 pm. What an inconvenience. Sounds like you guys need to fix your hours so people don't drive across town just to be told opposite than what your hours say on google.
