First time I've had a burger king say they don't have any whoppers. Order was just flat out cancelled because they didn't have any items I ordered. Thankfully the driver just apologized and cancelled for me because the restaurant was "still preparing my order" of things they didn't have.

Just came through drive through, ordered a meal and extra whopper, plus other individual items only got, individual items, no whoppers, so waited and guy got mad about it. We got them, but him slamming window. Sorry you didnt pack them, but we paid them, so yes we're gonna say something, if you dont like working there or nights, you should look elsewhere, probably upset cause he didnt finish his cigarette

I've eaten several times at this location and each time they have entered my order incorrectly and messed it up. The wait just to place the order is slow and the employees are confused when they are getting your order ready. As an example when you order a Dr. Pepper you get an unsweetened tea. And at least one of my experiences management placed my order and still got it wrong.

3/8/24. Visited about 6 pm. Two employees inside making food, not talking to anyone in line (about 9 of us) 2 more outside smoking pot in uniform. Whole place smelled of weed inside and out. After 10 minutes, asked if we were taking orders, was told just them that the dining room is closed and we can go through the drive thru if we want. Super good management.

We have been going on Tuesdays after a weekly function we attend close by. There is always a problem at this location without fail. The worker in the drive thru seems confused most of the time. The manager barks orders at him. The order is always incorrect. Tonight we opted for delivery, the driver had to go back for our drinks. We were still missing items we paid for plus our order was cold. No one answers the phone. Just a cluster, avoid this location at all costs!!! We have not received a refund and will not go back for another try.

Im not one to write reviews but I had to. The evening shift here was high as one could be while moaning into the intercom while I was placing my order. Like I get your working at BK and I know what to expect from wanting fast food but my gawd this experience was something. My food was also very cold but that was the least of my concerns.
Food was good. The cashier seemed to be having a rough day.

Food was fine, as well as the service. I was not however impressed with what was obviously an employee vehicle parked right near the entrance. To me that says….I’m more important than a customer. ?♀️ the parked vehicle also blocked a substantial portion of the sidewalk and anyone with a wheelchair or walker would have a hard time navigating that.

The manager was having a melt down over the computer system while I was waiting in line in the drive thru. She was cursing up a storm and telling everyone she was done and going home for the day. She also said they couldn’t except coupon codes which was frustrating also. She needs to find a new job.
