So after a couple of years we gave it a try again.Well it was bad before,but has gotten worse. I'm really not sure how they are staying open.The really odd thing was the food was ok, nothing great, but ok,and expensive. If it wasn't for such amazingly terrible service it wouldn't be terrible. Yet between the only ok chain food, prices about $5-10 more than the food would be worth, and the terrible service it's a no go for me from now on.

Used to work for chili's many years ago. The quality and taste of their dishes has gone down over the years. I hate to say it, the price of what you pay for is not there. The service was good. If you need a quick meal and everything else is busy, may want to give it a chance. It will still be on our last resort list, but wouldn't start here.
I ordered a medium rare ribeye and my steak was made well done.

I haven’t been to a chilis in quite a long time mostly due to the service or lack there of at the location in Shawnee. However my mom and grandparents love the Old Timer burger and tonight was their night to choose dinner and they live not too far from your Olathe location. Our server, Ashley, was great. However it was the manager on duty, Marcus that really blew us away. My daughter got the bone in mild wings. When she got them, she didn’t like them. I asked a young lady who worked there that was passing our table and asked if we were doing okay if we could switch her meal out. She said she would check. Marcus came right over and immediately has our attention. He got my daughter a menu and then took her new order himself. He then asked if she would want her French fries out ahead of her burger so she would have something to eat. Above and beyond. He then continued to check up on us, prebus our table and helped split our tickets. What a fantastic human being. He was so caring about how happy my kids were and truly went above and beyond. We were sad to learn he was not the full time manager there but we were definitely very happy to have dined with Chilis this evening to meet him. We hope his service example continues for others!

Got take out from Chili's for the first time in forever. It turned out to be really good and the food was fantastic. I have no idea about the atmosphere inside, but the food was ready, no missing parts, and overall was delicious. Will be back!

We eat at Chili's ALOT but this last go round the bill was much more than usual like $25 more than usual. Apparently they now charge based on day of the week for the EXACT SAME FOOD ITEM. Tips for no services rendered? They failed to include all the food items and did not compensate. Such a disappointment. Looks like making fajitas at home will be in our future. Chili's has joined the ranks of other commercial companies getting as much as they can from the customer and providing as little as possible while making lame excuses for it.

Great place to eat, just remember to read and understand the menu carefully.
Went for lunch on 3/14/24, sat at the bar for approximately 10 minutes. Never was acknowledged or recognized. 2 tables came in after myself and were immediately sat and handed menus. 5 employees were available that I could see, but no service.
