Wow! I placed an order here on the app to be picked up. I’ve done it several times but this time they said my name wasn’t in their system. Even though I prepaid for it, the manager said I had to get in the long line and pay for it again. She said it “wasn’t her problem and it was corporate’s problem. If I wanted it, I could call the corporate office. No one felt it was their responsibility to fill my order that I paid for. Terrible customer service!

One of my favorite restaurants; fantastic value, and I never leave hungry. As of this writing, chicken Al Pastor is back! I hope they consider permanently adding it to their menu. This restaurant has only avoided a perfect score because of the industrial, echoey dining area that only has hard, cold surfaces to sit and eat on. While aesthetically pleasing, I suspect intentional use of hostile architecture to make sure people don't stay too long to hang out, thereby leaving more room for additional customers. Cleanliness of the dining area is usually pretty good, but there seems to always be that one orphaned shred of cheese on one of the tables every time I go.

Usually chipotle is pretty good but they seem to be disappointing me lately. As far as taste goes everything was tasty however, I ordered a delivery and had maybe five pieces of steak put into my bowl (which is a joke considering what they charge) and to add to that they forgot my guacamole. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with either of those things which is why I’m writing this review, hoping they will see it and fix it for others! Do better.

I feel like this store has an A team and a B team... and god help you if you get the B team. Delivery orders from this store are almost always tiny portions, and they reheat their leftover chicken from the day before.

Got a delivery that contained someone else's order. The bag and receipt on the bag matched my name and order, however someone else's order was placed in my bag. Tried to call the store and there is no number that goes through. It's all AI generated responses and there is no way to get the order fixed. There goes dinner for tonight, with no solution. Terrible service.
Ordered food online 12/08 for pick up. Got home and the “large” bag of chips contained less than a 1/4 of the bag size and my wife’s meal was missing multiple ingredients. I drove back to the location to have it corrected and the employee stated that what I received was the correct portion. I asked her how it was determined - by weight, volume, or other. She said “that’s it.” Then she walked back and I watched her use a burrito bowl container to scoop chips into the bag. So… “other”. I have ordered many times from this location but when you pay more to receive less, and then have to complain to get what you paid for; it’s no longer a value to the customer.

Just want to gove this location a big 4 star compared to other locations I have have been to recently! Always make my food on time for pick up, the employees are super polite, and they always have clean tables. My favorite out of any location in Joco!

This was a really poor experience. This location closes at 1030 pm. I arrived at 848 pm. You would've thought I walked in with 3 minutes to close and asked for an order for 20 people. I needed one veggie bowl, that was all. I wasn't greeted walking in, all the employees rolled their eyes when I walked in. One employee went to go wash their hands and put gloves on she looked at me said nothing and rolled her eyes. The employee that actually helped me was very noticeably irritated that I had come in. When I finally got to the register I apologized for being such an inconvenience and was told, "it's okay, have a nice night..", I needed very little I was very polite and was treated very poorly. I don't know if I'll be returning to this location.

I buy 3 kids meals, 2 vegetarian and 1 carnitas, they are 7 employees at that time and Noone help, when one of them came and place the order all good at that moment, the problem started when one lady on the back to the house yelling at his co-worker about the guacamole on the side, at that time we have long line waiting for attendees, the lady on the back came to the line and still saying things about the guacamole, at that moment I tell to this younger guy don't worry about if I have to pay extra I paid, so she back to attend the next customer and try to rushed over the poor guy and start taking about my order again so I'm very advanced so for not arguing whit that person I'm finished my order and I missed one side de sour cream and another side the guacamole, and don't order for myself so always going to Chipotle but is frustrating to go to you restaurants. And making feedbacks or placing one complaint I posted all this because you website don't accept complaints and you feedback page don't work
