The absolute worst chipotle that I have ever been to. The portion size was incredibly small on all of the bowls that I purchased- Not even small by chipotle standards, but small by any quick serve restaurant standards. Furthermore. I stood in line (as the only customer) and waited for at least 45 seconds until I had to get the teenage employees attention to take my order. He was texting on his phone and didn’t even realize he had a customer at the counter 2 feet directly in front of him. There was a major lack of-value for my money, lack of service and I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible customer service! I understand the employees want to go home near the end of the day, but they still have one hour to close so no need for the bad attitude towards customers. Also they count the rise and the meat they put on your plate it’s like it’s coming out of their pocket, definitely not worth paying for what you get at this location. This my 3rd time going to that location and never again.

I felt like I was in a prison slop line. The workers just slopped the food on my plate. The finished product looked gross. The coke machine was out of syrup. I asked for salsa and had to go back up because they did not add it. It ended up cosing $40 for me and my boyfriend to eat the slop. I have been to other Chipotle restaurants where this was not the case.
I think they changed their recipes because it doesn't taste the same. The kid making the burrito couldn't be more unhappy to help. Didn't say one word to me. Invited to not going back.

Highly suggest not going here I get a very expensive order and they always argue with me and never give me enough food they give me about 4-5$ worth of steak and my order cost 21 dollars they lowball everything even the rice!!!!!

I have been frequenting this location because it is close to my house but i will never give them my business again. Every time i come in there is a different problem, they always have a sign that says "exact change only" they cant wrap a burrito to stay together, online orders are never ready at their promosed time (or even 10min after). Today when i went in for a burrito i was told it would be 5-10 minutes because their system was down then the next person who came in behind me was served right around me while i stood there like an idiot because i was told they couldnt make my food until their system came online but for some reason they could make the other guys food just fine. All the manager (who looked like she was about 16 years old) had to say was "it's not my fault" instead of offering any solution other than a free drink.
