I don't claim to be a barbecue expert. My two favorite places are Joe's KC and Q39. In a pinch (like on Sundays) I'd go to Zarda's. I finally broke down and tried my local Crazy Good Eats. Their brisket sandwich is top notch. Not sure about their sauce, but I'll definitely be back.

ordered a slab of ribs to go not fall off the bone ribs alot of seasoning bbq sauces were not that great will come back and try again and will also try chicken next time. drive thru and outside seating

We ordered the chicken and rib platter. The ribs were tough and did not seem to be fresh. The cornbread was dry. Service was def not with a smile, To top it off she told every person “bye thanks for coming in” with the exception of us. I thought that was a little rude. Anyway I will give them a chance to redeem themselves but that will be it. The Barq’s red cream soda was pleasant surprise though..
Yum! This is down the street from us and we've done take out several times, and eaten there once. Service is always good and the food is delicious. My fave? The BBQ nachos!

Probably one and done....Ordered two insane sandwiches with sides. Food was just OK nothing special....For the insane sandwiches I anticipated it to be much larger than it was. Insane was actually small. The sides were again very expensive to the amount of food. Taste was OK but I guess I had a bad taste in my mouth from the total bill. Like I said One and done for me....

A guy told me their fries were the best around. He was 100% right. Crazy Good Eats for me is a incredibly convenient and consistent.

Really good food. We love the drive through. The prices are pretty high so we don't eat there super often, but it's one of the best places for KC BBQ.
Always a super meal and sometimes a surprise added to change it up, a big family favorite ???, gonna try the outdoor setting when the weather gets warmer for good. Love your grits wish you could add fried green tomatoes occasionally, they are so hard to find around here. We've had fantastic food here in the past but today was just SAD. I ordered the 2 meat meal (turkey, sausage, red potato salad) and my wife had the pulled chicken sandwich. Her chicken was 4 large chunks of chicken that were as dry as the Sahara. Her potato salad might as well have been raw. My turkey and potato salad were good but the sausage was virtually flavorless and the portions given for $17 was pathetic. We weren't given forks, butter, or bbq sauce. The cornbread was cold and the bread pudding was so hard I couldn't bite in to it.

Tucked away in a small shopping center, decent location. Inviting atmosphere, lousy when taking order soft spoken and not inviting, fast service for the 10 others that were in there, however the food was Luke warm thrown together. The (insane) burnt ends sandwich is what I ordered (thought it would be piled on) due to the price increase from normal sandwich. When I received it I could count maybe 6 cubed pieces of meat I ordered a topper on the sandwich of onion (strings) although loaded with them to make the sandwich appear bigger the onion rings were also cold as if the whole sandwich was pulled from the fridge and put in microwave for 20 seconds flat, the bun was dry and kinda stale, thank god for bbq sauce to drench the bread in to moisten it up. Over all do not recommend and don’t plan to return.
