The person (man dressed in woman’s workout clothes, full face of makeup and nails) rushed me through picking out donuts even though I was the only one there. They wanted to get back to their cell phone. Coffee bar was dirty, a cup of coffee from the day before still sitting by the creamers waiting to be discarded. Coffee was warm, not hot. Clearly the person in charge this morning was not on top of their game… or had more important business on their phone. The reason I went in was for donuts… the cinnamon roll lacks cinnamon ?♀️. Might want to rethink your decision of visiting this location until they get someone who has better customer service skills.

Mediocre donuts - not great, not terrible. The staff is usually pleasant. The last time I went in I asked the staff member to help me redeem my rewards points for a free coffee and donut. (Rewards system goes through Cash App for some reason). She knew the amount of points it took and what that got me. She seemed to struggle a bit to get her computer to accept it, and then asked me to use my credit card to initiate the transaction. I assumed she knew what she was doing, and then she asked for my phone number. After entering it into their system, she told me I was good to go. I thanked her and left, only to realize later that I still have my rewards points, and I also got charged on my credit card for the doubt and coffee. I also received a text with my receipt and a message saying I can reply to Daylight Donuts. Do I texted back and explained what happened. I got a response that evening saying they will troubleshoot and/or refund me the next day. After no response for a week, I texted again and got no response. Just not a professional way to handle a mistake on their end. It makes me not want to go back.

When you first enter the place, it looks like a break room.i got there just before 8am, so my expectations I felt were reasonable. What I got was two doughnuts that tasted chewy and half stale. I expected warm or at least soft and fluffy. I got half stale, and hard. I'll pass next time.

I’ve loved this place since I lived in Pittsburg KS, however this particular location is VERY hit or miss. Sometimes the donuts are cooked throughly and sometimes not. It’s really the luck of the draw

Donuts were pale cold and looked like they were day old donuts.the taste was off. Was very disappointed as this was our first visit to get donuts. Will never come back. Very very disappointed
