Placed an incorrect billing order instore and when we try to ask for explanation for the bill they just want the customer to leave the store.such a rude behavior i have never seen

Only giving one star because there isnt any star below rhis. The manager ringed wrong receipt when asked about it shouted to leave the store. Dont have any minute customer sense. Very disappointed in dominos

I ordered from this location on 01/25 at 10:30pm and today is 01/26 noon and I have not received my order and the tracker still shows it is on its way. Contacting Customer Service is just a bot that waste your time and never gets you help and the store doesnt answer the phone. Call another pizza place do not order from here.

Don't go here for the large pizza carry-out deal. As soon as they run out of dough for the large pizza, they use medium or small dough to make the pizza. Ends up being extremely thin with no crust, and not nearly as filling as expected.

This ridiculous I wanted for long time. For my order it arrive cold and burnt. Noone answer the phone at this location. We could eat dinner last night. I had to make food with took me from frozen ABout 11 before anyone could eat this unexpectedable I want a refund. We do not eat out at all when I do this what we get. I am.on hold for 2 hrs still no answer. I'm at work today and called this morning still no answer. So I be going up their. This very unprofessional the owner needs to do something.

Absolute joke, refused delivery because their driver was afraid of a little rain. So I decided to give them a second chance and decided to go pick it up myself. They made the entire wrong pizza when I got there to pick it up.

I ordered two pizzas for pickup. One was correct, the other was not made as ordered. They made a replacement while my other pizza got good and cold.The customer before me was super pissed about the service he wasn't receiving, the customer after me came in to find out that the order Dominos took from them couldn't even be made due to being out of alfredo sauce.When my fixed pizza was finished they just put on the shelf with zero concern or awareness that I had been waiting for it for almost 15 minutes. I finally had to shout out to have them get me my pizza.These guys are oblivious to managing priorities and delivering any decent level of customer service. I didn't receive nor did I hear anybody else receive an apology for the ongoing mistakes that were being made.Many of the other reviews left here are 1 star, and there is NO sign of any owner or someone from corporate who gives a damn about customer feedback by providing some type of response.I do not recommend this location. The staff is completely under trained. Orders are wrong, wait times are long, and customer service is non-existent. There's good reason why their stock price has dropped so dramatically. More than any other pizza chain out there.I am finished with Domino's.
Took like 40 minutes to make my emergency pizza order which is fine, but when I went to pick it up after the Domino’s pizza tracker said it was ready, they said they aren’t honoring any emergency pizza orders and they cancelled my order. They definitely could’ve honored it - they just didn’t want to.

Ordered a large pizza and cheesy bites at 4:20 and waited an hour for it to be delivered. Called and they said it was delivered and it never was! So they were going to remake it and deliver it again. Waited another another hour. Called again and had to end up going to pick it up! DON'T ORDER From Here!!!!!!!!!!

This particular store is slow . Need to pay for some employees . This is the third time my order was 2 1/2 hours . Hard to drive to this store and now I’m waiting for the pizza to be made …learned my lesson .Papa John’s from now on . Enough is

What a joke. Ordered pizza for 4 pm Saturday pickup. There's nobody at the store and the lights are off. We've been charged and now have to figure out how to get a refund. Do not order from here!UPDATE: They charged our card a few days later for a pizza they never made on a day they didn't show up to work. That is FRAUD. We will never order from them again and I suggest nobody else order from them either. We had to issue a charge back via the credit card company to get our money back.

The app said an "expert pizza maker" began my order so i assumed someone was in the store. Now to figure out how to get a refund....
