Busy place. Not one worker was just standing around, everyone was working hard on filling orders and they were still friendly when I walked in to get my coffee. I did a mobile order, pick up inside, and while I did have to wait I think that if I had set a specific time instead of 'ASAP' it would've been ready when I got there. Still my wait wasn't too bad. Love the new renovations, the store seems more organized now

I just went to dunkin because I was having a hard day and the workers were all very kind and told me they appreciated me being here. They rang me up for the wrong drink so I was charged a few dollars more but I didn't bother saying anything. My drink is what I wanted

I've had some good experiences with Dunkin in the past, but this particular Dunkin takes the fast out of fast food, I stopped by on my way to work, the McDonalds next door was full so I thought why is there no line at Dunkin, I soon found out, ordered a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a med dark roast coffee, simple right? well by the time I actually got my food there were 8 cars behind me, there were none when I started, no urgency on the part of staff, got to my office(late) around the corner and my sandwich was cold, the hash browns as you can see barely had anything in it, and the coffee was full of coffee grounds. SMH do better geez

Spent 40 mins in the drive thru this morning and had to abandon our food because we were so late and the person at the window just left us hanging for 10 mins.
Decided to come get a coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts in Olathe, ordered one of their signature latte’s, I ordered the butter pecan flavor, which was delicious. However, it didn’t come with the crumble chocolate like shown in the picture. When I asked, they said that they were out of it. I also ordered a French crueler doughnut and they were out of them as well. Today is not my day on something sweet with a good coffee.

Please do something about the coffee serve, it always tastes burnt. You're selling your own signature coffee it should be better to get people to buy the product and make it at home.
