Oh my gosh, I just had the most bizarre back-and-forth with some sassy employee through the drive through ??♀️ just out to get some ice cream for the family and the first thing I ordered was vanilla ice cream and she asked me “do you wanna sundae or concrete?” I told her I didn’t understand the question since I wanna just plain vanilla ice cream. And she literally just repeated it. We went back-and-forth like this a few times, both of us getting increasingly irritated, and I finally said, the last thing I need is to deal with your attitude in a fast food drive-through! And asked for someone else to speak with. I felt like I was in a boxing ring with crazy over ice cream. ? Young gal has a lot to learn about customer service and just plain common sense.
