Waited at the counter while staff played around. They finally noticed me and were friendly after. I arrive at home and the 16 piece chicken I ordered was a 14 piece, and we didn’t even get the biscuits that come with the meal. Calling the store is useless, they refuse to answer. This is the second experience like this in the last 3 months.

The restaurant itself is clean and well kept. Service was good and the young man at the counter did well in letting me know the status of my food. They forgot my sauces so I had to go back but that was the only issue and that's minor so I wouldn't even call it an issue. The food was good, the sandwich was fresh and great.Parking: There are parking spots for online orders up to the front. I usually don't do reviews, especially negative ones. I have gone to KFC on occasions and something was wrong with my order everytime, si this time I decided to read reviews to see if what was happening to me was happening to other people and sure enough even after reading the not so positive reviews, I went again tonite, once again giving the benefit of doubt and what I had read...it happened again! Our order was wrong - "DISAPPOINTING" to say the least. Don't think I'll go back, KFC is not what what it used to be ?

Really tried not being a Karen here but they literally shrugged their shoulders and moved on to the next customer and weren't going to give me my food or a refund until I started making a scene.

This is an awesome location and staff. The food at this particular location is always fresh when you get it and the employee's hear actually like there job's. This is my go two location and I drive 35min one way to get there just to have the experience everyone should have when they go to KFC this should be how evey location operates and where employee's should be trained for other locations because this is a absolutely great place for everyone. Can't say enough about this one. Keep up the outstanding preference and customer service.
