The food was excellent! The ingredients were delicious and well prepared. We ordered lo mein combination, sweet n sour shrimp and an appetizer tray. The food was fresh and hot and there didn't seem to be a lot of sodium in what we had, which is good. Right now, because of Covid, orders are being taken online or over the phone. The process is very simple and the meal is ready within a reasonable amount of time. We ordered dinner last night, Friday, and our food was ready in about 20 minutes. Considering it was a Friday night, the staff did a good job. We will definitely return here. Also, the amount of food you get is worth the money.

I've been here several times over the past few years and always liked it until the past two experiences. Maybe they have changed owner/managers? For starters, they don't allow you inside to pick up carry out and they don't bring food out to your car. You stand outside in the cold and ring a bell and wait for them to come out. It was dark and temp was in the 30's so I didn't take time to thoroughly check order before I left. Turns out, I got home 20 minutes later to find they left off the sauce on my sweet & sour chicken. I understand why they would put it in a separate container, but they forgot to put in the container. That's a pretty critical component. When I called to tell them about it, they acted like I was lying about it. Second time I've had bad service, don't plan on going back.

Orange chicken was tough and not fried crispier. Probably won't be back. The fried rice is pretty lackluster with no carrots or peas!

So just went there and ordered. I payed with card, and I assumed it would take at most a few minutes to get it back so I waited outside in the cold. I pinged the doorbell they have at the table after more than 5 minutes of waiting. The lady took two minutes to come outside in a hurry to yell and say "can you wait one second, okay?!" I think this is very rude and speaks very badly of this establishment. I can understand that you are in a hurry, but treating costumers this way is not acceptable.

For mostly-Americanized Chinese food, this place is just excellent. Love the hot and sour soup, and the mushu pork is FABULOUS. We got take out, although we came once pre-COVID to dine in, and loved it then as well.

Except for unusual wait between soup & meal, well executed. Rather give 4 + half stars yet they win the flip.

The food is usually ok, nothing special. Anyone can deep fry chicken or pan fry noodles. The shameful part is the supervisor or owner. We received a dish made wrong, one we've ordered 100 times before probably. Upon calling back, we were asked to bring the food back for inspection! In these crazy times where we can't even enter the restaurant due to a virus, I was asked to bring a potentially contaminated item back to the restaurant for inspection by the supervisor and cook. These are the people who handle your food!
They claim the best crab Rangoon recipe in town. That is a blatant falsehood. They taste as if they made them with sour cream however, the Pad Thai is delicious

Ordered to go food, wasn’t good at all didn’t eat any of it, spoke to one person who was very nice on the phone about getting money refunded, owner wasn’t there at the time so she called the owner and told me to call back at 5 to speak with owner about refunding money cause current employee couldn’t do it personally but the owner said they would. Second person I spoke to when I called at 5 had an attitude with me from the start when I was nothing but respectful to them and then proceeded to hang up on me. Called them back and went off, not even worried about the money anymore, would not recommend this place if this is how they treat their customers. I am always very respectful as I have worked in the food industry, but if I don’t get respect back, I will not be kind anymore.

Second person I spoke to when I called at 5 had an attitude with me from the start when I was nothing but respectful to them and then proceeded to hang up on me. Called them back and went off, not even worried about the money anymore, would not recommend this place if this is how they treat their customers.
