The automatic sensor do not pick up my lifted truck for me to order, therefore I go To the pay window to order my food. After sitting there for a couple minutes I pull to the next window and try to order. Me explaining to the worker what has just happened a manger came up with a horrible attitude saying “we don’t take orders here go around or come inside” me explaining again what the situation was she ignored it and said “go around or inside I don’t have time for this” then shut the window.

This McDonald's is nice that it has a play place. But overall dirty and terrible customer service, employees are rude and annoyed that you ask for assistance. Been the same multiple times.

Their evening crew is absolutely terrible. Every time we go there, we have something missing from our order. We literally only order the same items every time and it’s always the same issue. Four McDoubles and Large order of fries and they can’t count to four.

Like every other McDonald's anywhere in the world. Horrible food, and so so service. The Quarter Pounder was typical. Nothing special. I wonder why McD's can't buy and sell better tasting beef? It's like a tasteless piece of spongy "beef" with weird sauce and some onions and pickles. The best thing on the whole burger is the pickles. Sad.One positive is that the artificially intelligent ordering machine actually got our order right this time, with no trouble! Amazing.One bad thing is that we had two burgers with fries and a drink each. My wife wanted Diet Dr. Pepper and I asked for Diet Coke. Neither of our drinks tasted right. We couldn't even tell the difference between them. Both tasted awful, and nothing like the drink we ordered, but I'm sure that wouldn't matter to the management at any McD's. Volume sales are all that matters. Customer satisfaction only matters when it affects the volume. And there are so many people who have such bad taste in food, that volume is practically guaranteed at every McDonald's.Dietary restrictions: There is almost nothing that a diabetic can eat at any McDonald's.
