Today I went to order at night on the screen and when I got to pay they charged me and when it was time to deliver my things they gave me things that I didn't ask for and I went to complain and they are very rude I think it's the manager because she was wearing very ugly blue service it is a shame that they treat us like this when we are hungry very bad service at night

Stopped here for lunch. It was right when they switched to lunch. The food we got tatsed like it had been there for 3 hours. They got our drinks wrong. One of the cups had a hole in it from a box knife. The food was cold and didn’t taste right. The only thing that was hot and fresh was the fries. When we called to complain the manager that answered wasn’t very helpful. She was kinda rude and all she wanted to do was argue. And we got told there was nothing they could do about it.

They didn't start cooking chicken nuggets for my order until it was the first ticket on the screen. Then they cleared it to make it look like it was done on time when it wasn't.

Horrible!!!! Super slow!!! We ordered a cheeseburger and a shake, the lady couldn’t speak English and kept pointing park in 4, we waited 10 minutes, he came to the car with NO straw and had to go back!!! Drive right past THIS McDonalds and go to a good one!!! Don’t waste your time or money!

Employees were rude. Complained about us having multiple orders. Acted like it was a hassle to serve us. Recieved a Carmel frappe with no caramel. Overall negative experience from the drive thru window ladies working.

For the third time in a row my order was wrong, they even forgot to put the hamburgers, I decided to go back and see what happened and a lady who seems to be the manager was rude and unfriendly, they made me wait more than half an hour to give me my order and again the fries were missing fried and that upset them more than it did me and again they were unfriendly, the service was really terrible!!

I order here all the time, almost every day at this point, and I always order in advance, because I pick up my order in a rideshare on the way home due to my disability. Tonight they had me wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru parking, even though I ordered and said I was already there 20 minutes in advance. This ended up costing me $75 in fees with my rideshare provider. When someone places an order in advance, you make it for them when they say they're there.
