This location deserves a negative 5 star review. My wife and I were staying at a local motel and ordered $45 of food for delivery. The restaurant is less than 3 miles from the hotel, yet it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. The driver said it was because he couldn't find the lobby. Really? We were not given any utensils and when I called the store, I was told "I don't have any way to deliver silverware". I WILL be contacting corporate and I WILL dispute the charges with my credit union, as they did not deliver what I purchased. There is a box to check for silverware when you order. The box was checked for all items in the order.

This was my second visit, and the food wasn't very good. I ordered the same thing, but the flavor wasn't there. Perhaps it was because the noodles weren't cooked long enough.

Stopped in to try a new item that we saw an advertisement for. I greeted the young man at the counter and received a stone face reply as if I were an inconvenience. It was roughly 8:15, which did not seem late for a place that closes at ten. After ordering a “regular” size bowl for the wife and I to share, the same extraordinarily rude young man slid the bowl, one fork and some napkins on the table and turned and walked away without a word. I then followed him back to the counter to ask for a second fork, as there are obviously 2 of us, and again was treated like an inconvenience. I don’t expect all world service, but do at least expect the counter person to actually speak. Food was decent, not overly warm and not very much for the price. Definitely will not be returning, especially with all the other better options in the very same parking lot.

I like Noodles & Company for the healthy options. However, my only complaint is that the portions are pretty small.

Parm crusted chicken was too salty, ruined the whole dish. Every dish that had chicken in it tasyed overly salty... be careful next time noodles, someone could carry heart disease and this situation could hurt anyone...

Noodles is a criminally underrated chain in America. I rarely have a bad experience and this experience at this Kansas stop is no different. Everyone was so nice taking my order. I enjoyed every bite of my Buffalo Mac with gluten sensitive noodles. They were kind enough to be sure to ask if I had a gluten allergy to be sure that they needed to make more changes to my food. I don’t. But I’m pleased they asked. In a time where kind service is rare, I definitely recommend you stop in here.

Noodles and Company is consistent with their serving sizes and flavor profiles. The kids enjoy their little menu and always excited for the kid crispy that comes as a side. As a bonus, their meal is under $7 including tax.
