The manager was rude when I wanted to leave a complaint about the service, which shows that he is not supposed to be in this role or a part of this industry. would recommend elsewhere if you are even wanting decent service and hospitality.

Great Crew.my server was Jaime,let her know first time eating at Old 56...Very helpful and food came out awesome.Ordered the breakfast special sampler $12.95...lot of food and put on table in less then 15 minutes and place was busy with locals. Nice to find these Gems on the road!

We went here to have a new year breakfast with my little family of treeWe got there and order some drinkIs my husband, my tobbler and meThe server put my coffee down and spill the orange juice all over my baby I mean I was so disappointed because the place look nice and cool atmosphere but if your servers can keep balance or carry to many drink use a trayI was so piss and left I didn’t have mood to order nothing from hereShe didn’t say sorry just is it’s ok it’s ok all the time I just put the money for the drink and tip , I didn’t have the change to take a sip and left

We really enjoyed our visit and food. Good ole home cooked style food. Our server could have been a little more pleasant/happy, but she was still good and took care of us. We look forward to visiting again.

Very good basic diner food. My son and I had a late breakfast here of eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns with a side of toast. Meal came out quick and was cooked exactly as ordered. Not the best breakfast in town, but reasonably priced, fast, and friendly service. If you don't want fancy stuff, come here. Only thing not good was the coffee. Very weak coffee..like drinking coffee flavored hot water. My son made a comment afterward that it would take a lot of cups of that coffee to get a caffeine jolt. They should offer two options. Their current coffee for the folks who want weak dishwater coffee, and a strong, bold option for those who want one or maybe two cups of joe for a strong wake-up.

This is a sometimes frustrating place with good for. I went there for lunch yesterday for example at 128. I double checked the time. Sign on the door clearly says open until 200. Door was locked. It's happened other times as well 20 minutes or more before 200. Of you want to close at 100 then change your hours.
