This location is the reason why I will not order Panda Express again. Atrocious service, like if you don't have something made, tell me and I will pick something else. Don't make me wait in line and then when I get to the pay window, you tell me to wait another 5 minutes and I have to pull around to the front and park. Also orders are constantly wrong. I just ordered white rice, super greens with beijing beef and 2 chicken egg rolls. Missing the super greens and 1 egg roll. Thank you for wasting my time and taking my money, this is the last time I ever order from Panda Express.

One line cook . Barely any food to serve. And the drive thru person was only taking orders. Not even helping the other team members prepair orders. Didn't even bothering ordering anything because there wasn't much of a choice due to lack of line cooks and other teamsters not telling the one line cook what was needed or about to be out of . Horrible customer service. Lack of attention to customers

This location stinks. Manager must have trained employees to be stingy on portions for a bigger bonus. No way these employees take their job that personally to give such skimpy portions. Go get actual Chinese takeout more bang for your buck!

This location might as well be a Door Dash ONLY venue. The place was almost empty when our family arrived around 6p last night, but when we got to the counter, the 2 employees chose to fulfill multiple Door Dash orders before they would help us. (No less than 3 Door Dash orders even though no Door Dash people were even there waiting yet.) And there was NO ONE in line behind us!! They should alternate Door Dash orders with in-person customers... not completely ignore the customers who are standing in line in front of them. After 8-10 minutes of waiting on Door Dash orders, we took our family of 6 and our $75 elsewhere. (Before we left, I noticed the chow mein had NO veggies. And food quality and quantity overall seemed lacking.) We used to love them, but sadly, we won't be back any time soon.

Sad to see how this brand has gone down hill in the last few years. Prices going up and food Quality and Quantity going down. If it’s not scoops of food half full when serving, it’s the worst thing of all, fluffing up of the rice and noodles both in meals and in the large containers as we order both every time. We have gotten large containers of rice that were an inch below the rim by the time we got it home or to our hotel. Very sad.You would probably be better off finding a real Chinese food place for take out.

I stopped at this location on 9/23/23 right as they were opening for the day. They politely told me the food was not all ready yet and I patiently waited. The crew that was there was very friendly and when the food was ready they brought it to me. I give the crew 2 thumbs up for their service and attentiveness of the customers. Thank you
