Anything you get here you can't go wrong! The cookies and rolls are my favorites. Everytime one goes in he has something new and tempting to try. I drive 1.5 hours to go to this pastry shop!

The cinnamon roll was amazing - but not amazing enough that I can excuse how I was treated here. From the moment I walked in the staff seemed annoyed that I had my daughter with me. One woman working there got on to my daughter twice, even though she was not doing anything wrong. The woman just simply did not appreciate kids in her presence or pastry shop. It came to a head when this same employee literally raised her voice at my friend and I that our kids were “being wild and will probably break something.” The kids were simply sitting at another table across from us laughing and enjoying a morning out with a friend. It was appalling. There were exactly two other customers in the entire shop who did not seem phased at all by our kids’ “wild” behavior.I won’t be returning here where kids are not respected and families are treated this poorly. Please be warned if you have kids and decide to dine here with them.Kid-friendliness: Extremely not family or kid-friendly

Customer service was good, but the pastry’s themselves were not good. The cookies had no flavor and tasted like straight flour. The scone was a crumbly, but doughy mess. It tasted like flour and had no consistency. For 4 items for $18 this was a complete waste of time, money and taste buds.

Food is just okay— cookies are a joke. I could deal with overpriced pastries, but what I can’t deal with is poor customer service. I was having lunch there last week when another customer came in and asked to speak to the manager. It was near the end of lunch, so definitely not that busy anymore. I watched from a few feet away as he dismissed her concerns and then proceeded to yell at her in front of everyone there. I cannot possibly support a business that doesn’t care about its customers and their concerns. I don’t care what time it is or how busy you are, you don’t have a good reason to yell at a customer— who also looked to be pregnant! No thank you!

Good food, but terribly unfriendly to families and specifically children. Watch out! Keep them in the car, or just don't visit at all. Management and employees here just don't like kids. Truly sad, because otherwise I'd love to come here more often. But after some bad experiences, I just won't be going here anymore.

I don’t like to leave a bad review, but it’s important for people to know that the service here is absolutely terrible. Definitely not a family friendly place and not somewhere with a team or management that is looking to improve. As far as quality of products— it depends on the pastry and the day. Cream horns are a disappointment, but cinnamon rolls are amazing. I can understand the good reviews, given that this is the only option in Olathe. I definitely cannot recommend supporting this business.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Both employees and management/owners are unkind to families with small children. They clearly do not value or like kids and so to be recommended as a family friendly place is false.

Not as good as it used to be for breakfast. My quiche was cold & soggy. The breakfast sandwiches are great except for the cold ham inside. The pastries & cookies are delicious!

I had the best experience ever with Park Street Pastry - Doug made it easy for me to order the perfect cake for a relative's birthday! And the cake looks amazing - I can't wait to dig in tomorrow - Highly Recommend!

The most incredible local bakery shop! One can get a great breakfast or lunch. The pastries and delectable choices in the front display are beyond compare! Olathe is blessed to have this downtown business!
